VectisSaint Posted 2 July, 2015 Share Posted 2 July, 2015 Former Leeds favourite could be on his way here. Source? Must admit seems unlikely, and not particularly exciting prospect though he has done reasonably well at St Etienne. Would help the HG quota for PL and EL (home trained as well). Matthew Le God Posted 2 July, 2015 Share Posted 2 July, 2015 Must admit seems unlikely, and not particularly exciting prospect He scored 17 goals in 31 league games last season as a winger, so must be doing something right. So its between us and Boscombe. Given he used to play for them, I would guess they might be favourites. 7m is a bit of a stretch, better than Elia, who knows. Ibrahimovic 19 goals Cavani 18 goals Gradel 17 goals Odd that he suddenly scored a lot last season, when the previous 3 seasons he managed 6, 3 and 5 respectively. Perhaps at 27 years old he has finally matured and realised what he has to do to be successful with his attributes. I remember Gradel having hissy fits at St Mary's on the opening day of the 2011/12 Championship season when things weren't going his way. Shance Posted 2 July, 2015 Share Posted 2 July, 2015 I like Gradel. Looked decent at Leeds. Seems to have matured somewhat. Was a tosser at st Mary's in our first game back in the championship.
ericofarabia Posted 2 July, 2015 Share Posted 2 July, 2015 Former Leeds favourite could be on his way here. Is he Dutch? Has he ever played under Koeman? Are Spurs/Liverpool trying to buy him? I think the answer is no to all these so it must be a lie!!
Niemster Posted 2 July, 2015 Share Posted 2 July, 2015 He is St. Etienne's penalty taker now which would explain the goals. Not sure he is an upgrade on what we had in Elia frankly.

Lighthouse Posted 2 July, 2015 Share Posted 2 July, 2015 13 goals in his last 12 games looking at the stats. he was on fire after he picked up the African cup of Nations winners medal. 4 penalties in that lot FWIW but still that's blistering form. I'm not so sure personally. Before the ACON he hadn't done anything spectacular in France and wasn't really anything special at Leeds.
