saint lard Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Well, there will be no Tevez, hes on his hols until next week, should be a doddle then for Saints;)
The Godfather Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Well with Perry & Lancashire our only centre-backs and with our world class winger Smith, I suspect we will score zero and the mancs will mount a cricket score.
RoswellSaint Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 We'll win 1-0, scoring in the 83rd minute.
SaintRobbie Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Saints 0-3 Man UTD 0-2 HT, job done! Agree. I think the scoreline will look like so many in the CCC this year. Flattering as the opposition have already done the job they set out to do.
paulwantsapint Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Best hope is that manure bring superstars who cant be bothered to play & get pist off over amount of kids asking for autographs ( oh no thats our 1st team )
ottery st mary Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Saints 2 Man U 1 £10 bet for this 2-1 win for Saints and your £330 up. Bookies to-day as I passed the window and gave it a second glance. Not a betting man but I know Saints will win 3-1 just to mess the bet up. Mind you . I bet we go down this year.
St Marco Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 think it will be a very under strength man utd side (no Ronaldo/Rooney etc..) and were still lose by only by 0-1.
rocknrollman no2 Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Saints 0 Manure 5. Although i would just love to see Saints win.
voteforpedro Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 I think its safe to say it will be a comfortable 3-1 to saints :smt012
Snowballs2 Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 I think its safe to say it will be a comfortable 3-1 to saints :smt012 There always has to be at least one plonker!!!!
voteforpedro Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 There always has to be at least one plonker!!!! I do hope that wasn't aimed at me!
MrMojoRisin Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 0-10 :.( I really fear a hammering. Finally someone with a bit of sense on this thread. How on earth are muppets like the defenders we have are gonna keep the MUF strikers that quiet is beyond me it will be 4 or 5 by halftime. LOWE OUT
saintstr1 Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Why so much Gloom , If Forest can win 3-0 at Man City today we are capable of completing a Manchester Double and dumping United from the cup. Thats what the FA cup is all about,Shocks & Giant Killing................ 2-0 to the Saints with Kelvin getting MOM.
saintwarwick Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 i predict the concourse will get trashed The smokers rebellion against the stewards?
saint1977 Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Saints 0 Man U 5. I think we'll keep it tight for 30 mins but then leak 2 or before half-time and without more determined players around like Cork (now at Watford), I think the kids will collapse but Man U will ease off after 60 mins to stop it going over 6 or 7.
mack rill Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Any chance of it going into double figures just for us gloating at the telly:smt118
TheSaint75 Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 If Southend can get a draw at Chelsea we could get something, I very much doubt we will but I thought that about Reading home and away ????
Sad Sam Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 It's 1-0 Saints, have it on good authority from Terry the Barber in Woolston.
Amesbury Saint Posted 4 January, 2009 Posted 4 January, 2009 Any chance of it going into double figures just for us gloating at the telly:smt118 I would be surprised if we get 2, let alone double figures but thank you for wanting us to do well.
Kingsbridge Saint Posted 4 January, 2009 Posted 4 January, 2009 Southampton Nil. United to score with impunity until they get bored of it. At least 0-3.
