Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 24 May, 2015 Share Posted 24 May, 2015 As it says. Vote until end of MOTD today.
Saint_clark Posted 24 May, 2015 Share Posted 24 May, 2015 Already voted. Side note having watched MOTD...Walcott was absolutely magnificent playing up front for Arsenal. I can't help but feel he would have hit a different level if he'd been played up front his whole career instead of shoved out onto the wing. SNSUN Posted 24 May, 2015 Share Posted 24 May, 2015 Pellé's is there, Long's isn't. I personally prefer Pellé's goal anyway. Reckon Adam's will win it.
Barry the Badger Posted 24 May, 2015 Share Posted 24 May, 2015 Much like Long winning ours, idiots voted for Wilshere simply because they could remember it.
DrZuess1979 the 2nd Posted 25 May, 2015 Share Posted 25 May, 2015 Wiltshire wtf If that's the standard the list would have been in the 100's I'd have had Phillips (qpr) But out of that lot Adams
Saintsteve7 Posted 25 May, 2015 Share Posted 25 May, 2015 Wiltshire shouldn't of made that short list! If he makes it then does Shane Long surely?!
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 25 May, 2015 Author Share Posted 25 May, 2015 Wilshere winning is classic British football. Man kicks football really hard beats technical goal where man flicks it up and overhead kicking it in.
SaintLiam Posted 25 May, 2015 Share Posted 25 May, 2015 That's just a case of Arsenal fans being all over Twitter...

So that cant really have helped his cause much
david in sweden Posted 26 May, 2015 Share Posted 26 May, 2015 I suppose it depends on the criteria you have for " Goal of the Season ".....and which club you support? A candidate from Arsenal, Man.City or Chelsea surely has more "fans" willing to vote for them.... Think perhaps the three points that I would look for would be ; skill, luck or just plain spectacular. There were certainly elements of the first two in Pelle's goal, but Shane long's goal (and being so fresh in the mind).....certainly had an strong element of the third. The9 Posted 26 May, 2015 Share Posted 26 May, 2015 Agreed however it must be said Pelle didn't even win the Saints goal of the season! So that cant really have helped his cause much MotD's Goal of the Season is based on each month's Goal of the Month. Long's didn't win May's Goal of the Month (due to Wiltshire's vaguely decent hit), so wasn't even in contention. Once the "experts" have cut the list down, it's down to which club has the most fans on Twitter... sorry, I mean a fan vote on Twitter. Which is bloody ridiculous.
