jawillwill Posted 17 May, 2015 Share Posted 17 May, 2015 How many other clubs in the Football League are currently on a streak like that? I'm sure there are probably at least a couple. Alternatively, which clubs have dropped league position for the last 5 years?

The9 Posted 17 May, 2015 Share Posted 17 May, 2015 Fleetwood Town. The last time they DIDN'T improve on their League position of the year before was 2001/2 when they finished 14th in the North West Counties Division One after coming 5th in 2000/2001. They were still called Fleetwood Freeport then... Since their name change to Fleetwood Town they've come 2002/03 10th in North West Counties Division One Div 1 2003/04 3rd in North West Counties Division One Div1 2004/05 1st in North West Counties Division One Div 1 (Promoted) 2005/06 2nd in Northern Premier League Div 1 (Promoted) 2006/07 8th in Northern Premier League Premier Division 2007/08 1st in Northern Premier League Premier Division (Promoted) 2008/09 8th in Conference North 2009/10 2nd in Conference North (Promoted) 2010/11 5th in Conference 2011/12 1st in Conference (Promoted) 2012/13 13th in League Two 2013/14 4th in League Two (Promoted) 2014/15 10th in League One. That's going to take some beating.

Hockey_saint Posted 17 May, 2015 Share Posted 17 May, 2015 You seem to be confusing the Inland Revenue and the Football Association. Now why would we want the inland revenue to forget about it?.....nup, keep reminding them so that if they make one tiniest slip up again, they can try....and maybe succeed this time.
