syd_barrett_saint Posted 18 April, 2015 Share Posted 18 April, 2015 I'm trying to decide between the two, and being a Saints supporter I'm tending towards the Muvi, and also it's cheaper and comes with a lot of kit/mounts, but would I be making a mistake ignoring the more established Go Pro? Has anyone got/used both? Cheers!
warsash saint Posted 20 April, 2015 Share Posted 20 April, 2015 Get yourself a SJ4000. Records in 1080p, more mounts than you will ever need, wifi, waterproof case. Only £60 from foxoffer..absolute steal & you realise what a rip off go pros are! example on one of my videos from Thorpe Park
Bucks Saint Posted 21 April, 2015 Share Posted 21 April, 2015 Go Pro is like Sonos. Overpriced. Have Veho wireless speakers at home and they are the muts nuts at a fraction of Sonos prices.
Dig Dig Posted 24 April, 2015 Share Posted 24 April, 2015 I need to replace my go pro which I used mainly in the water for surf footage. How effective is the MUVI waterproof casing and are the mounts pretty robust? Needs to be able to withstand a fair amount of rough and tumble. I've always used go pro but would be good to have a cheaper option. Does anyone have much experience in using MUVI in a similar way?
syd_barrett_saint Posted 26 April, 2015 Author Share Posted 26 April, 2015 Thanks for the replies everyone. But, it seems that no one has got/used both, to be able to give a direct comparison?
