Andrew Surman looks like an asian lady without his kit on.

Good article, this is indeed an important month. Let Lowe be judged by his actions, I would be disappointed if we let anyone go (apart form the ****e brought in recently) or do not bring in a couple of good experienced players.

Lowe and cronies its time to put your hand in your pocket, we've never asked before but we've never needed it so bad.

a fair piece.

only thing a would disagree with is the protests didn't really lead to Lowe going, he still wanted to stay it was only due to the large purchase of shares to undermine his boardroom backing he went.

An eloquent summary of just about everything that has been posted on here of late.

The next 32 days are without a doubt THE most critical in the club's history.

Survival mode time, not grand experiments

And am I the only one who worries (amongst other things) that Saga didn't rattle in the goals in Denmark yet he is our big hope?

Not sure Lowe has had any good relationships with the Echo for a number of years now. Agree we are in for a bumpy ride but lets hope we come out the other end not feeling sick. Good photo for a caption competition dont you think, the female is Mrs Wilde I think unless AS has got his mum's clothes on.

I may be being stupidly optomistic but after his loan spell with us he showed he can score in this league. You can say what you like about hunting for a contrct but that doesn't change the fact he scored a hatfull I'm hoping he will recapture that form

If Saga can score in the Champions league he can score for us.

He's a lot better than anything we have currently, his lack of goals may be a blessing if it stops other clubs from showing an interest.

We really need him to hit the ground running to save us.

What has suddenly changed at the Echo? They seem to now be actually reporting it how they see it, whereas most of the season have seemed more of an extension of the OS, towing the party line.

Interesting that the article isn't attributed to a specific reporter as usually is the case.

They were probably embarassed about sentences as articulate as this...

"There is the fear a second demotion in five seasons would spark a real threat of administration and a 10-point penalty going into next season with. "

Is the love'in with the current regime hitting the rocks.

spot on that the next month is the biggest in saints history!

Question is do we have a management team capable of getting the results we need? Do we sit tight and hope for the best, watching our club crumble before our eyes? or take drastic action now and get someone experienced in?

My guess is we don't have a choice in the matter :(

Probably just caught on that they need their readers rather than the club.

Looks as if the Echo have finally decided to support the majority of their readers, who want rid of Lowe, rather than the Lowe regime at SMS. About time too.

Read that Nick Illingworth.

That's spot on. Your fanzine one is a little too on the fence old chap.

Beware the media writing to reflect public opinion and improve sales, but for me a very good summary.

I predict more from the Echo... then the National Press will pick up on further destroying Lowe. We've been there before. And Lowe will take us to media laughing stock again.
