Batman Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Clyne may start, Pelle IS starting. Pelle is bound to score.....
Bearsy Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Bert Rand will come on when Gibbs, inevitably, pulls up injured
Viking Warrior Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Sky reporter said Clyne limped off in training and walker likely to start . I hope it's not serious
Bearsy Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Walker starting is as serious as it gets. Italy 3-1 England
Smirking_Saint Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 **** me...... Playing a CB at CM and a shocking RB at CB..... Does roy know its not april fools yet ?
VectisSaint Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 **** me...... Playing a CB at CM and a shocking RB at CB..... Does roy know its not april fools yet ? May not be the greatest idea, but to be fair Jones has played quite often as DM, or even RB. It really isn't that shocking. No-one thinks playing Toby at CM is a bad idea (that's not to say that I think Jones is as good as Toby). Actually both play CB, DM and RB, just one does it rather more competently than the other.
Dalek2003 Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Clyne starts Thank goodness, means he is it not injured. Still, reeling from the Forster injury. On that topic, I suppose there will not be any news for a while.
Convict Colony Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Clyne may start, Pelle IS starting. Pelle is bound to score..... You know the rule mane, JWP scores last night and Pelle hits the woodwork before going in tonight, dat's how these bro's roll.
Convict Colony Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Also P4P the italians have the best hair and alround style in football. Compare Pelle with our own lovely Phil Jones
SNSUN Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Also P4P the italians have the best hair and alround style in football. Compare Pelle with our own lovely Phil Jones If I was any good at Photoshop, I'd have that picture as a porn shot by now. I must admit I'm surprised Italy are keeping faith with Pelle, not because he's not a good player, because he is, but just because of his barren run. They must be struggling for strikers. Mind you, I suppose Ballotelli is his rival...
yellow&blue Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Just stuck a fiver on Pelle to score first......got to have some hope!!
Saint Charlie Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Pelle the same as recently for us. Great holdup play but then trying hollywood balls.
Batman Posted 31 March, 2015 Author Posted 31 March, 2015 England not looking so good now they are actually playing decent opposition....SHOCK
Saint Jude Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 in fairness..we've been playing one system which has been working... now against a decent team...we play a different system and a couple of key people out of position... Woy is mad...
Saint Charlie Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Pelle with some lovely touches, hope he gets a goal. When he plays simple he is very effective.
Convict Colony Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 You know the rule mane, JWP scores last night and Pelle hits the woodwork before going in tonight, dat's how these bro's roll. I was close
Batman Posted 31 March, 2015 Author Posted 31 March, 2015 and Pelle scores great goal JWP and Graziano, cant buy goals in the league both score.....get in great defending by phil jones lol
SNSUN Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Effing amazing! Need him back on form for us. I've never cheered an Italy goal before!

Whitey Grandad Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 A beautiful glancing header from Pellè. I'm very pleased for him ?
Ulrich van Gobbel Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Never been so happy for England to concede... Get in big man!
Saint_Tony Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Very happy Pelle has scored, albeit against a poor side. I'd assume he will be up against Jagielka at the weekend
Saint Charlie Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Quality header and he has looked good tonight!
Coxford_lou Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Another player released from the shackles of Saints fans! go Pelle!
Dr Who? Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 AndyTownsend almost crying about Italy hold Kane in the box! Get over it.... When does he clear off?
Unbelievable Jeff Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Not having a go, but how many headers has 6 foot 5 Pelle scored with his head for Saints. Delivery not good enough this season I would say.
LeBizzier69 Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Such a beautiful man. Such a great header. Such a man crush.
Jonnyboy Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Not bad for Saints bit part player. I credit Koeman for benching him. Reignited the hunger.
Batman Posted 31 March, 2015 Author Posted 31 March, 2015 Not having a go, but how many headers has 6 foot 5 Pelle scored with his head for Saints. Delivery not good enough this season I would say. that and he keeps missing
LVSaint Posted 31 March, 2015 Posted 31 March, 2015 Oh dear, I can picture some really angry faces from a few in the bottom left of the pic.
Batman Posted 31 March, 2015 Author Posted 31 March, 2015 I'm not much of an England fan but I hate all this stuff. Supporters and media will spout the same old crap each game. Simple fact is England mess around with the team too much, ruin shape, put individuals before term and have too many flavours of the month. It will never get any team anywhere. Similar at Man utd. Both look 10 times better when Rooney is up front. He's a striker. If we're not allowed to drop him then he needs to play up front. But no, Hodgson or whoever is in charge each time has to pick another striker, play him in midfield or out wide and ruin the entire team. Why be surprised, they've learned nothing from the last few tournaments. We have endless easy qualifiers yet we somehow start international tournaments with a side that hasn't got used to playing together, it's bewildering. Yet morons will translate it as 'England are rubbish', which let's everyone off the hook and allows it all to continue, while Greg dyke can spout more crap about too many foreigners, ignoring the success of the England youth sides which never gets much coverage, and the quality of so many young English players. Build the best side you can, THEN moan about quality if it isn't there. With players like Rooney, Walcott, chamberlain, sterling, Barkley, Kane and even Welbeck any half decent manager should be able to create a decent attacking side. But you'd do well to ever predict an England starting line up. I was on about players being able to pass to each other properly........when under actual pressure..but carry on
