broken spoke Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Sportsmania have now confirmed they are showing the game :D Yissssss
New Forest Steve Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Sportsmania have now confirmed they are showing the game :D is Sportsmania free or do you need a subscription
broken spoke Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Subscription, £26 for 6 months or £50 for 12. Or there is Ultimatemania, which is a sister service, which has more channels, and is £75 for the year. I have used it for over 12 months, and it has been nearly faultless when using Kodi HTH

Been using Kodi for a while but it can be a work up finding good streams. There never seems to be one 'go to' source you can rely on every week
johnnyboy Posted 21 September, 2016 Author Posted 21 September, 2016 For the CPvSaints EFL Cup, I can't see any streams on Sports/UltimateMania for tonight. They put a tweet longer out earlier , we're going to be game zone 6 Happy days
S-Clarke Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 I'd second sportsmania. I have it setup on Kodi and it's faultless. Gone are the days of hunting around for streams when I can't get to a game, this just 'works' and problems in terms of buffering are non-existent.
SO16_Saint Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 If you're using SportsMania via Kodi on an android box, consider using their android app (Matrix TV) - it's flawless and (for me) works better than via Kodi
whelk Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Are ultimate mania and sportsmania accounts linked? Currently have 6 months subscription on Sportsmania but guess that becomes redundant if subscribe to ultimatemania so no point until it expires

Batman Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Are ultimate mania and sportsmania accounts linked? Currently have 6 months subscription on Sportsmania but guess that becomes redundant if subscribe to ultimatemania so no point until it expires I dont think they are linked. when ultimatemania first came out, you could get a package minus the sports....not sure if that exists now though
New Forest Steve Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Sports Mania subscription done, installed on Kodi .... roll on 7.45
broken spoke Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 The accounts aren't linked. I had to wait for my sportsmania to expire, then I purchased ultimatemania. I just setup an account, with the same username, simples.... just make sure you install the Ultimatemania app in Kodi. It can be found in the repo, or watch it from the website.

Disco Stu Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Anyone else finding their stream incredibly distorted?
broken spoke Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 poor stream, but english commentary on gamezone6. I am just thankful it is a stream, when no one is really showing it.
Mallagroth Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Bloody typical first home game I havent been able to go to in years and theres no ruddy working streams.

SO16_Saint Posted 21 September, 2016 Posted 21 September, 2016 Thanks to everyone for the Sport Mania recommendation/help .... great stream (after they sorted the sound out) great picture. Should of done it ages ago. and Barca v Real Madrid for ht entertainment ... can't be bad It is amazing. So much so that I've binned off sky sports - and am working on the Mrs to get rid of Sky completely for the Ultimate Mania package - £75/year for full Sky package
Holbury Saint Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 Thanks to everyone for the Sport Mania recommendation/help .... great stream (after they sorted the sound out) great picture. Should of done it ages ago. and Barca v Real Madrid for ht entertainment ... can't be bad I registered and paid last night but I need to add kodi or something to be able to watch it. As I am a techno phobe I need step by step guide to adding it. Can anyone help? Also can I watch it on my mobile phone? Thanks
hutch Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 You'll find everything you need at kodi.tv including all the downloads and install details
Holbury Saint Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 I was in sports mania and there was a step by step guide but it started with "fire up kodi" is that something you do while in sports mania or do you do that separately away from the site?
hutch Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 You need to install kodi. See my post above, everything you need is there
whelk Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 You don't need kodi. Can watch it via Matrix Tv app.
whelk Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 The accounts aren't linked. I had to wait for my sportsmania to expire, then I purchased ultimatemania. I heard ultimate mania stores games so can watch later. Don't need that too often but games like Boxing Day v Arsenal it can come in handy. Does it have that?
stu0x Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 I registered and paid last night but I need to add kodi or something to be able to watch it. As I am a techno phobe I need step by step guide to adding it. Can anyone help? Also can I watch it on my mobile phone? Thanks You don't have to install Kodi. You can view the streams directly from the website on a browser, or there is a specific Sportsmania app for android devices and an app for iPads that lets you view them. All the details are on the website. If you do want to go down the Kodi route (which long term I'd recommend), just download and install Kodi itself and then Google for 'how to install sportsmania repo on kodi', there are plenty of videos that walk you through it. Kodi isn't the most intuitive interface for newcomers but the payoff is that it is very flexible.
Holbury Saint Posted 22 September, 2016 Posted 22 September, 2016 Thank you for all the advice. I'm up and running now!!!
S-Clarke Posted 27 September, 2016 Posted 27 September, 2016 And so it begins.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-37474595
Ohio Saint Posted 27 September, 2016 Posted 27 September, 2016 And so it begins.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-37474595 um, is Brian Thompson TRYING to look like a crook for his court case?
S-Clarke Posted 27 September, 2016 Posted 27 September, 2016 um, is Brian Thompson TRYING to look like a crook? Looks like the love child of Barry the Briefcase and Mike Ashley.
broken spoke Posted 27 September, 2016 Posted 27 September, 2016 Cheers. I heard ultimate mania stores games so can watch later. Don't need that too often but games like Boxing Day v Arsenal it can come in handy. Does it have that? Ultimatemania, does have the games available to watch after the event, and it's normally a few hours or so. From what i remember, you can also watch the games on sportsmania. Or Kodi can be setup to record the streams, so you can keep your own local copy.
Saint_Rick Posted 2 October, 2016 Posted 2 October, 2016 has anyone got a link for today (non kodi) ? thanks
