Batman Posted 11 March, 2015 Posted 11 March, 2015 Kelvin has the best job the club. Does F-all and gets all the perks
david in sweden Posted 11 March, 2015 Posted 11 March, 2015 Kelvin has the best job the club. Does F-all and gets all the perks a bit harsh, eh? ..if you mean he doesn't play any games - that bit's right - but he has been a great servant to the club. He is the longest serving player on the Saints' staff and has played more League games than any other goalie in the club's history. When everything went pear-shaped, he turned down the chance to go to West Ham, and stayed loyal to the club and saw us through L1 and back-up to the Prem. He holds the club record for clean sheets (in the Championship season), and although many would agree that he is not a Prem.quality keeper, he wasn't alone to take blame for the poor start we made upon our return to the Prem. He is (reputedly) a good influence in the club at all levels and well-liked by (almost) all. So - maybe you're right - (based on that )...he does have the " best job in the club", but I think he's deserved it.
pap Posted 11 March, 2015 Author Posted 11 March, 2015 Kelvin has the best job the club. Does F-all and gets all the perks That's not true. No-one else puts the effort into dícking about like Kelvin. Besides, would you rather he was in goal? Quality in the Championship but gives me nightmares at this level.

He'll see out his contract for the next two years, when he'll have done 10 years with us then get a testimonial and retire. One of my favourite players in Saints history. A proper Saints legend, plus he seems quite handy to have in the dressing room for moral. Remember that 0-1 win at Leeds? He was absolutely outstanding, never seen a keeper keep a team in a game like that.

A great servant to the club and many players have said how important he is in the dressing room.

Saint Billy Posted 11 March, 2015 Posted 11 March, 2015 Back to the captions! Kelv to Morgan, "If you stay with us I'll sort you out regularly".
vince Posted 11 March, 2015 Posted 11 March, 2015 Morgs looking a little worried there. Now listen here, Morgan, you join Spurs in the summer and I'll detonate this little fecker. Ponch thinks he's got away with it, but as soon as he sits down in that dugout, BOOM!
John Boy Saint Posted 11 March, 2015 Posted 11 March, 2015 Morgs looking a little worried there. "Tell you what boys, this jock is far too big!!"
SarniaSaint Posted 11 March, 2015 Posted 11 March, 2015 Morgs looking a little worried there. " You'll never be called MOOSE!!!"

The Corellian Posted 12 March, 2015 Posted 12 March, 2015 "No Morgan there's no toilet here, we'll have to tie a knot in it!"
sadoldgit Posted 13 March, 2015 Posted 13 March, 2015 Morgs looking a little worried there. Sorry Morgan but it looks like your old chap has got frost bite to me. No worries, I'll soon get the circulation going again though!
FloridaMarlin Posted 13 March, 2015 Posted 13 March, 2015 His guest appearance as a model at Paris Fashion Week wasn't going as quite as well as Morgan expected.
