And there we have it.

So many railed against the appointment of Ralph Krueger. He would want to get involved in First Team Affairs they said. Jeez the sh1t we gave our former Hockey playing Chairman and yet we NEVER had evidence of him tinkering with the team, organising training or discussing tactics.

Equally clearly this explains why the club failed to sign the much needed striker in January, Krueger always had it in mind to convert SMS into Europes' first NHL Franchise.

This is just the start I tell you Graziano will be off to the Anaheim Ducks in the summer, no WONDER he looks out of sorts. Clearly Clyne baulked at his transfer to the Dallas Stars and that's why he hasn't signed his new contract yet.

THIN EDGE OF THE WEDGE.

What next? They all booked in to give Powerpoint Presentations on the Geo Political Implications of the reduction of Growth in China at the next World Forum?

SAVE OUR SAINTS FFS.

Got to laugh at some of the idiot posts on this thread, fair play to the club going there- Davos will have just the facilities for team bonding exercises and excellent hotels for the players so spend some time away from the usual routine. No doubt Ralph and Kat have used their contacts to sort it out. As its a venue where the worlds business leaders converge me might even pick up some commercial sponsors on the way.

The chap on the last page who was glad to be back from Iceland, f*ck sake man what did you expect there in February? It may be a bit chilly but if you're interested in geography and visiting somewhere with some of the most amazing scenery on the planet its great.

Just hope no one does their ankle. Bloody dangerous things ice skates!

dw! the clubs final snapchat was that we didn't get any injuries!

I fully expected to be able to sunbathe naked by the pool.

Fwiw, we flew into a blizzard and had 4 days of zero visibility. Never again. I'm sure the place is wonderful, not that I saw any of it.

Disgraceful. Not one Saints badge on display to be kissing FFS.

And no wonder we seem so sluggish in opponents penalty areas if the Sports Science department makes them wear all that krap just to measure their heat maps....

Meanwhile.

'

I think it is a bloody brilliant idea to take them there. Much better idea than joining all the rest of the EPL Chavs sitting on a beach here or posing at the local Armani Nightclub.

Actually because of what Davos represents in the World (not just for being THE Ski Resort) I think it is a Genius idea.

The idiots are going skiing tomorrow according to Koeman Tweet.

Elsewhere Djuricic has told newspapers he's wanting to leave Saints and considers he's a Benfica player.

@PortuBall: Filip Djuricic, on loan at Southampton: "In my head I'm still a Benfica player. I don't want to leave the club without leaving footprints."

The build up is too slow and there is to much sideways passing. I'd start Long over Pelle as well, not sure why he was on the bench?

Presumably a few have taken the mick out of Ralph for his lack of soccer experience, I guess that was judgement day!

As all ended injury-free it looked like a really good laugh and ticked the correct boxes, even if one or two got chilly.

That is a great video. Very entertaining. Looks like they are enjoying themselves but they are pretty much all rubbish.

I think its great we are doing team bonding stuff, but given our recent record with injuries could we have picked too more dangerous activities then ice hockey and skiing?!

I'm a reasonable skier - off-piste and all that, but the only time I've been cross-country skiing on those skinny little things not attached at the heel I fell 4 times, including some right head-over-heels purlers and with ice-skating I've had a few bruised buttocks. Still, no injuries, and just that shot of Graziano killing himself laughing makes me think it's been worthwhile for the team building aspect.

Watch footage from a Veho MUVI camera worn by Southampton captain José Fonte during yesterday's ice hockey match in Switzerland.

Shocking GK from Fraser. L1 at best.

Fraser Forster out in the snow and blazing sun light without eye protection will definitely improve hiss eye sight. Can't believe some of the risks being taken. Surely those in charge should have prepared the players.
