sadoldgit Posted 13 February, 2015 Share Posted 13 February, 2015 Bloody hell, he could be out soon! Apparently a reformed character but once a psychopath... Let us hope the police and probation fight this tooth and nail.

sadoldgit Posted 14 February, 2015 Author Share Posted 14 February, 2015 I still cant believe he got away with killing the copper. Self defence! Apparently the surveillance team heard him say to Noye its okay, I am the old bill and he stabbed him anyway. Can only think the jury were tampered with. A key witness from the M25 stabbing was killed later in a car park. Noye was banged up at the time but it is hard to believe he had nothing to do with it. A very dangerous man. BadgerBadger Posted 14 February, 2015 Share Posted 14 February, 2015 Our judicial system is naive and weak to think he's a reformed character, you can bet it's all about freeing up prisoner space

The eye witness was a known drug dealer who owed a lot of money to some nasty people and had a lot of enemies. I'm pretty sure Noye was investigated but found not to be involved and it was put down as the work of a professional hitman, he may well have been involved but they couldn't make it stick, but by all accounts he wasn't the most popular chap in his area. There was a very good documentary on him on sky crime a few years back. A very nasty piece of work and very clever with it. Had a legitimate haulage business as a cover for his criminal activity and as you say was very lucky to be aquitted of murdering an undercover copper, self defence was his defence, which was funnily enough his defence when e was convicted for this murder. mightysaints Posted 14 February, 2015 Share Posted 14 February, 2015 Until a judge or mp is killed by a released early prisoner nothing will happen. Until one one their own gets it they are immune to the real world

My wife's first husband's father (stay with it!) has a haulage company in Kent. Noye asked if he could use some storage space and her father-in-law, suspecting it was for something dodgy, had the b@lls to say no! Very brave man!
