Shes worried about how she will appear to the players? Implying she regularly hangs around with footballers in nightclubs and is well known by a lot of them...sounds like they've probably only got one use for you anyway love. Just consider the video as a kind of CV showing off your talents to the others.

That's a pretty gross statement. Never judge anyone based on quotes in a newspaper. Even better, don't judge till you've met them yourself, or been in their shoes. She's upset, quite rightfully so. You may not want to have sex in a toilet, (and neither do I) but as long as it's consensual, there's not much wrong with it. D*ck head mates filming it, then sending it round to their other mates is pretty f*cking despicable.

I think sex in a public place is illegal. If the slag is upset then it serves her right.

Oh Lord, aren't we high and mighty! "I think sex in a public place is illegal". LOL.

I say good on her, for having fun, and living her life to the full, in whatever way she wants to. She's done no one any harm.

And f*ck off to the p*ricks who are trying to shame or humiliate her with it.

Slag? What does that make the man / men involved then?

Sleazebags. You won't hear any different from anyone here, i'm sure. In fact there's been many an occasion where footballers (and even managers) have been caught in compromising situations with the womenfolk and been lambasted for having a low moral standard.

Any shame or humiliation would be totally self inflicted for noshing off footballers in public.

She didn't do it in public, she did it in a toilet behind a locked door.

In a nightclub - which is a far more public place than in your own bedroom with the doors and curtains closed or an hotel room.

Pretty sure that the toilets in a nightclub are called 'public' toilets rather than 'private' toilets... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_toilet

There is nothing 'private' about performing a sex act in a toilet in a public place.

They both deserve what will eventually come to them...

Just because they're called public toilets, doesn't mean she had sex in public. And it doesn't mean a bunch of d*ck head guys should have filmed it, then circulated it to all their mates.

How on earth has this conversation focussed on the woman here? She did nothing NOTHING wrong. She just had sex, a natural and healthy activity.

How odd that men feel they can tell a women how she should or should not behave. I can't imagine feeling I have the authority to tell men what they should do (unless it's harming someone else). It's like being back in the dark ages with the bible bashers looking on in horrified condemnation. Really bizarre.

I know I'm not going to win this debate, so I'm done with it. All I will say is:

WELL DONE GIRL FOR DOING WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANTED TO DO!!

No it doesn't. See Adriansfc point as referenced above.

Just because it is wrong to film people in loos doesn't mean it's OK to do what the **** you want in public toilets. Why do you think gays get such a hard time from the old bill?

Like I said, I've nothing against sex in public but if you end up on a website it's 100% your own fault.

Anyway, if I'm in the cubicle next door curling one out I might not particularly want to listen to some footballer slapping his c*ck round the face of some slapper.

Here's a simple life criteria that's helps bypass years of religious moralism, even when it's so ingrained, you can't see it for what it is (not defined by me):

Is it fun? - if so, carry on, and have a blast.

Are you harming anyone else? - if so, stop.

The girl - fine on both counts.

The boys - failed on the latter.

The "what do you expect...its your own fault" argument makes me shudder.

Ah how predictable. It's a poor argument though, and I doubt it would be likely to stand up. Fairly sure if I just popped into the gents and started filming people (having sex or not) and distributing the video/photos I'd have a hard to talking my out of it like that.

Worth also mentioning that, thankfully, so called 'revenge porn' sites are getting cracked down on and those that run them are getting banged up.

At last, aintforever, you've made a point that's justifiable! The feeling of mild irritation you would be experiencing, however, doesn't justify the actions of the men circulating the film without the girl's permission, or the moral outrage you're spouting off.

What the **** has society become when we have the so called "sensible"trying to offer any party in this fiasco support. All involved are morally corrupt vile dregs of civilisation.

Society has become this amazing place where, rather than spend every evening doing the washing up, while their bloke is sh*gging the secretary, women can now damn well do whatever the hell they want, including having a sh*g in the toilets if that's what suits them. And it's f*cking great!!

(Scuse the language)

Well, I'm fairly sure most feminists would want women to be able to be involved in sexual relations with men and not be the ones subject to derision as a result whilst the man isn't.

Yeah but for the feminist win, I want to hear that the bro is on his knees!

Girl power! Bet their dad's are dead proud. I wonder if the suffragettes knew that they starved themselves and dies so that future women had the right to go and open their legs with impunity in the bogs.

I'm not expert feminist, Lou, but I don't think the right to suck off rich men in nightclub toilets is quite what they had in mind

Hi Bearsy. I'd like to give you a thoughtful response to this, but at the moment I'm vomiting in the toilet after reading Hypos "mitigate the actions" comment below. (Is vomiting in toilets allowed?! Ack, I can't remember what's on or off the 'bint' list!!)

To answer your question, I'm not responding as a feminist (feminism =equality, no more no less). I'm responding as me. Which means there's a mix of: love of humour derived from outrageous circumstances, hate for anything overly moralistic particularly relating to sex, dislike of prejudging people, hate for any phrases like 'bint', 'slag' etc., sensitivity (as a woman) around people defining what is and isn't acceptable behaviour, hate for 'blame the victim' mentality, alongside general optimism thinking the best of people until I find out otherwise, and general urge to be nice to people rather than mean.

That is what's driving my thinking on this topic. Sorry there's no easy one word summary.

Eh? Where did I say it was? I don't think either of them can be too upset that people have seen them doing Sex stuff if they chose to do it in a public toilet in a nightclub. Both are equally idiotic.

"Girl Power", talking about the suffragettes, "that doesn't mitigate the actions of the woman" - not specific comments about the guy involved. Plenty directly belittling the woman.

Also, being seen and being filmed are different things. I can expect to be seen having a pee at a urinal, someone may even see my penis. I would not expect it to be filmed.

Erm I spoke about the woman because the reaction of the woman was what was in the article and it is what was being discussed in this thread. Public Toilets aren't designed for ****ging. If I was caught ****ging where I wasn't supposed to then I can hardly have any complaints when I'm caught out.

my view is that sexual acts in a nightclub toilet arw wrong and behaviour like that is idiotic. That would be my reaction if it was two blokes noshing each other off or a bloke and a woman. Gender doesn't come into it.
