We hang on by the skin of our teeth, both Spurs and Skates are relegated.

Would be happy as a pig in sh!t!!

We need not concern ourselves with the other two - Hanging on by the skin of out teeth would be more than enough of a miracle - the third division is a trip I personally do not want to take!

Stay up (but also)

Current board all out with all shares bought off them for next to **** all hopefully,

Current management all out,

New board In,

New management in,

Lawrie's picture back up in boardroom,

Train picture rolled up and stuck up Lowe's arse.

Playoff position this time next year.

Skates down, Spurs down

Lowe takes over Skates

Can I have any more ?

Right now pick some credible things we can all believe in... ;)

Lowe, Cowan & Wilde to go and never return - and take the train picture with them.

A British manager who knows this league and how to get out of it (Dowie, Adams, Davies etc)

Another 30 points.

Right now I'd settle just for not getting relegated, although Lowe leaving our club for good would renew my faith in miracles

well it looks like the Skates are in freefall so that wish may come true!

I just hope we are still there to do the CCC double over them next season!

TAKEOVER.

Shearer in. JP sent packing.

Delist plc.

Lowe out of this Club forever.

Optimism.

Promotion.

Our Club Back.

Amen to all that!! I just want to feel excited about going to games, not trepidation. I want to be proud of MY football team, the one I've loved and supported for nearly 40 years, not embarrased.

Unforetunately, while Lowe, Wilde, Askham and Crouch are in the picture, it aint gonna happen!

Add England regaining the Ashes and you have a perfect sporting year!

Of the above, the second is by far the most important imho.

sounds good to me but if that were to happen my elation would quickly disapear as the realisation that our defence would have to try and cope with Defoe, Crouch and who ever Spuds get in this transfer window. :(

I dont think i could handle the skates singing about how they dropped a division just so they could give us a spanking.

That Alpine finds an Austrian club to support. That we get through this season without being relegated and going into administration and that we get stronger from the experiences this season and move forward next season.

I'll second that and add...

DD and Alpine finally get a room together and cheer the **** up!

Lowe Out

Wilde Out

Both of above plus a proper manager/coach

with the tactical know-how to save us from us the

seemingly inevitable relegation.

And all you baiters find some other poster to be obsessive about...

1) We survive...both financially and in the Championship.

2) Lowe wins the Lottery, pays off our debts and hands the club over to a Saints fan with enough cash to buy some experienced players to nurture our youngsters along. (Yeah, I'm dreaming, but I like to fantasise that there is good in everyone...)

3) This time next year we are 2nd from top in the Championship, not 2nd from bottom

4) Boxing Day2009 sees us spank the Skates, and their slide back to their natural habitat continues (I'll settle for them finishing 4th from bottom of the Championship as long as we get promoted back to the Premiership at the end of next season)

Am I being greedy?????

Couple of things that I find interesting:

1. Some people think getting rid of Lowe is more important than survival? Wow. Get thee to a pyscotherapist quick. You should only hate an ex-wife that much...

2. When people talk about promotion, do they mean 2009/10 season? Or are there still some optimists out there? Hope so, it gives me a lift!!

3. I'm glad we are ALL united in our passion for the Supds and Skates to fail!

Happy New Year! :)

Lowe Out

Wilde Out

Something a little better than that for me. Agreed Lowe Out, Wilde Out, blah blah.. But huge takeover news not to be just rumour, but actual AND it happens over the next 30 days. The buy out only happens on condition that RL and all of his crowd sever their connections with SFC, never to return. They protest, and the present Board is subject to a humiliating stadium walkout. The Board resigns quickly [they've seen how much they'll each get], and the takeover proceeds, with Saints eventually making comfortable mid-table, as the Club become united once more. They then buy their way upwards and out of this league next season. They play scintillating football, even JP is still in charge, I don't care, as I'd like him to have a chance with players that are good enough. But basically, Lowe and Co are out and success is back for SFC.

That's not too much to ask, is it..? ;)

aSaints stay up

b) Lowe to sell his shares to MLT who becomes Chairman with Trevor Birch as CEO

We would still have no money but would be a club united , even if there is only 15000 of us.

I think it's more a case of one depending on the other unfortunately.

Obviously, short term, the goal is survival.

However, EVEN if that were to happen (please, please, please let it come true) with Ru**rt and the Quisling still in charge, then we would face even more misery (and even less chance of survival) the following season(s).

i go for this lot. If i am forced to choose between saints going down and Lowe departing forever, then Lowe must go. We can always come up, but when he is there we are fuc$ed.

To answer your first point, I see no worthwhile future for this club with Lowe in charge, whether we stay up or not. If we went down and Lowe left (not that I think for one moment that the former would lead to the latter), I could at least envisage, over time, the club recovering from its current position.

Happy New Year to all of you too.

My wishes for 2009:

1. We work out that ball and net are meant for one another.

2. We work out that getting three points is a GOOD THING.

3. We stay in the CCC.

4. Skates get relegated.

5. Gordon Brown gets relegated.

6. Sexy blonde nymphomaniac gets promoted to my bed.

7. Lowe leaves SFC for ever.

8. Lowe takes over at Fratton Park.

9. Winning lottery ticket promoted to my wallet.

10. Israelis and Palestinians kiss and make up...for good.

My wish is that a member of this forum wins £36m on Friday, buys 10m shares (c. £2m) and makes an agreement with Leon Crouch and then calls an EGM to vote both Lowe and Wilde off the boards.

I have a Bulti Billionaire distant relative pass away after a very long and very happy life leaving me with more money than I know what to do with.

I then can then buy Saints with the loose change and turn this club back into the Club all us supporters deserve.

In reality I hope we survive by the skin of our teeth but in doing so our team mature into a team that is far more capable to handle the rigours of getting us up and out of this league.
