St Marco Posted 22 January, 2015 Share Posted 22 January, 2015 “Osvaldo was at the training ground today. I saw him" - Mancini Quality football player. The goal against Citeh shows that. Still has more PL goals then Long who cost just as much in far fewer games. That said however he is a total nutcase and nowhere near a team player (as Long is). Sometimes genius is one step away from madness and we would be stupid to bring him back right now. Even if it means taking a huge financial hit I think it is better to write it off than have the potential ****storm that could happen if he returned. It could potentially destroy our confidence. Give him to QPR on the condition he can't play against us and if they stay up they give us £5m. No loan deal just get rid of him once and for all. JxgrSaint Posted 22 January, 2015 Share Posted 22 January, 2015 @tancredipalmeri: QPR and Inter found an agreement for the loan of Osvaldo who still has to accept, according to Sky Italy @tancredipalmeri: As far as I know, Osvaldo will force until the end a move to Milan http://gianlucadimarzio.com/en/calciomercato/inter-reach-agreement-with-qpr-for-osvaldo/
Unbelievable Jeff Posted 23 January, 2015 Author Share Posted 23 January, 2015 Sky Italia are indeed reporting that Southampton striker Dani Osvaldo has agreed to move to QPR. Just the man for a relegation fight...
doddisalegend Posted 23 January, 2015 Share Posted 23 January, 2015 Barton vs Osvaldo on the pitch would be worth the entrance fee alone. I like the comments on the QPR page pointing to Osvaldo's rage at not getting a pass and asking how he will cope with Zarate (who never passes) and the rest of the QPR side who fail to find anyone with their passes. What a waste of money. Which one? Osvaldo or QPR's team..........
St Chalet Posted 23 January, 2015 Share Posted 23 January, 2015 Good news, he might take a few points of our rivals and he's in the shop window here having played for about every team in Serie A.
Minty Posted 23 January, 2015 Share Posted 23 January, 2015 Osvaldo at QPR? Just in time for our game there on 7th Feb? Watch the odds on a yellow card for Fonte drop through the floor if that happens.

Was it clarified he can play against us then due to the international loan rules despite technically still owning him?

It's not an option. It's a PL rule, loan players cannot face their parent club. Edited 23 January, 2015 by KelvinsRightGlove
Wes Tender Posted 23 January, 2015 Share Posted 23 January, 2015 Didn't flyer tell us QPR had a state of the art training ground? I miss Flyer. Whatever happened to him and his opinions that none of our players would have been good enough to get into their first choice 11?
