nta786 Posted 18 January, 2015 Share Posted 18 January, 2015 He should get it, definitely! Absolutely outstanding, and would be his second this season!!! Id say second place would be Pardew, only cos he got them two wins loool, from his two games...

SNSUN Posted 18 January, 2015 Share Posted 18 January, 2015 Does the fact that our Swansea match is on the first and most other games are the 31st mean it could count against Koeman? Palace in particular play on the 31st in a winnable game against Everton...
Saint Martini Posted 18 January, 2015 Share Posted 18 January, 2015 Does the fact that our Swansea match is on the first and most other games are the 31st mean it could count against Koeman? Palace in particular play on the 31st in a winnable game against Everton... Pardew wasn't the manager for their draw against Villa setup he could get 9 points out of 9 with a win against Everton. But somehow winning against Arsenal, Manchester United and Newcastle should trump beating Burnley, Spurs and (potentially) Everton. The same could be said for Pulis if he gets two more wins against Everton and Spurs. He wasn't on the bench for their match on the 1st and won last week against Hull. It's not in the bag yet but both Pulis and Pardew need to win and do it convincingly to give themselves a chance in my opinion.

Saint_Ash Posted 12 February, 2015 Share Posted 12 February, 2015 Kane 5 goals in Jan will win it for him. Spurs won 3 and lost 1 but included a 5-3 against Chelsea. We played 3 and won them all including Arse at home and United away. Koeman for the manager of the month for me but I expect them to give it to Poch as Koeman has already won it. the saint in winchester Posted 13 February, 2015 Share Posted 13 February, 2015 Not sure about that line "starting to scare big teams". Appreciate English not his primary language - maybe "starting to gain the respect of big teams" would be better. We don't scare anyone, just that other teams seeing getting a point against us now as a good result. Two seasons ago, anything less than a win against us was seen as "dropping points". We have gained their respect, and that's a good place to be.

SNSUN Posted 1 April, 2015 Share Posted 1 April, 2015 I'd love Koeman to get a third but IMO it's nailed on for van Gaal. All victories and against near rivals in the league too. Sherwood has revived Villa, but a convincing win against a crap Sunderland isn't enough, I reckon.
