norwaysaint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 won three games in seven days before? Unbelievable achievement with an injury hit squad and fixtures we hadn't won since the mid eighties and mid nineties. This one is a real credit to the squad and to Koeman. Can anyone name a better week of results?
JxgrSaint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 @OptaJoe: 3 - Southampton have won three successive away games in the Premier League for the first time. Voyagers. Apparently not...

jawillwill Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 won three games in seven days before? I've trawled through the record books and can confirm we last did it this week.
bpsaint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 won three games in seven days before? Unbelievable achievement with an injury hit squad and fixtures we hadn't won since the mid eighties and mid nineties. This one is a real credit to the squad and to Koeman. Can anyone name a better week of results? Turns out we managed it in our first season in L1, quite regularly in our second season in L1 and a few times in the Championship. They included home games though, so as far as 3 aways in a week go I don't know.
