lickierambert Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Are we too good but not hateful enough to keep the crowd interested at every away game? Old Trafford, Portman Road and now SJP like a morgue
Lighthouse Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Have Colback and Reed challenged for a header yet? We need to be careful not to set off some sort of thermo-nuclear reaction.
Saint Charlie Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 He would have if Gardos hadn't put his boot through it No guarentee. He is never comfortable coming out to claim the ball and it was right at the top of the box. If Gardos made any mistake it was that he maybe could have hit it out for a corner where there was nobody in the way. Forster is never far enough off his line.
Batman Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 but Gardos is only going to put his foot through it unless he hears Frasers call.. Fraser should be screaming at his defenders to claim that. Defender always clears it in the situation It was just horrendous luck
badgerx16 Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Defender always clears it in the situation It was just horrendous luck Exactly
Sheaf Saint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 how on earth have you determined that there wasn't a call over the noise of thirty thousand howling Geordies? I haven't. I'm saying he didn't get the call. Doesn't mean Forster didn't make it.
Smirking_Saint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Not really. Gardos should leave it for the keeper all day long. Massive mistake from him. Well, I wouldnt of, in fact was in the same situation today and ignored the keeper and cleared it. Its all about taking responsibility, was too far from forster, clyne was trying to occupy whats his name and Gardos cleared Was a fluke, nothing more
CanadaSaint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Happy enough with the half - we should be leading and our build-up play has been solid. Pelle is the pivot for so much that we do and I fancy us with two players wide and swapping sides. I'm a little concerned with the Reed/Sissoko match up and think Corky might be better able to handle it physically.
igsey Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Would like to see Corky on for Reed soonish please, thanks Ron.
Miltonaggro Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Newcastle are rubbish! There for the taking. At full strength we would be murdering them...
Dr Who? Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Newcastle have woken up now, but the crowd have not!
Ohio Saint Posted 17 January, 2015 Author Posted 17 January, 2015 There for the taking. At full strength we would be murdering them... Oh crap. We will lose now.
Unbelievable Jeff Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 3 away games in 7 days is so difficult.
Dr Who? Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 I'd be happy with a draw TBH No got to win this. With Liverpool, Man U and Spurs all winning.
pangy Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Elia has looked decent again, has a bag of tricks that has taken Newcastle players well out of the game Also we need a bi of pace in the middle as we are painfully slow at times,JWP has had a good game but I would bring on Long for him
igsey Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Newcastle playing well now. Sissoko scares the heeby-geebies out of me.
nta786 Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 He's such an obvious WUM, please do something about him! This.
Dr Who? Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Newcastle playing well now. Sissoko scares the heeby-geebies out of me. Yes, he can score for fun in spells.
Saint-Armstrong Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Jack Cork and Shane Long preparing to come on...
melmacian_saint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Are we allowed to kick the ball away or do we have to offer hospital passes to each other in front of the box?
verlaine1979 Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Davis having yet another sub-par game. Incredibly indecisive, he's lost the ball several times turning to look for the back pass when a forward pass was on.
Dr Who? Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Jack Cork and Shane Long preparing to come on... Has been a hard week, so would not be surprised. Long can run at them.
melmacian_saint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Davis been a bit quiet today. Few passes here and there, but a lot of long balls today. CMs have been quiet apart from the odd run.
nta786 Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Davis having yet another sub-par game. Incredibly indecisive, he's lost the ball several times turning to look for the back pass when a forward pass was on. Hes underrated.
Saint-Armstrong Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Jack Cork comes on for his 150th appearance.
Viking Saint Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 When was Pellè last awarded a free kick???
Dr Who? Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Are we allowed to kick the ball away or do we have to offer hospital passes to each other in front of the box? I say.... HOOF!
SNSUN Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 My butthole is puckering. A goal for us would settle us down a bit. Tadic and JWP off for Long and Cork. Lost quite a bit of creativity there for solidity. Koeman going for the draw?
Ohio Saint Posted 17 January, 2015 Author Posted 17 January, 2015 j,hegwlidfhawe;uilfhiuh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SNSUN Posted 17 January, 2015 Posted 17 January, 2015 Get the **** in! Elia again! Good of work by Long.
