How bad is Forster's kicking?

Woeful. When he first joined he seemed to be able to smash it miles, but neither accuracy or distance achieved these days.

Season changing day lost our two lynch pins, such a shame.

Might need to dip into the market if we want to keep the dream alive, I'm not sure Reed and Cork are what we need.

That *could* just be a pulled muscle rather than a tear. Its happened to me a few times where I've sprinted, felt it go twang, thought it would be far worse than it is but actually its not that bad.

Don't get me wrong it could be terrible, but it could be only one match.

just had a shower, what happened to vic?

Pulled up holding his hamstring after chasing a ball, no contact.

I guess Reed and Cork as the DMs then?

Annoying losing vic chasing pointless ball forward 30 seconds from the break. Well if there's a position we can cope with losses it's centre mid. Davis, jwp, cork and reed still isn't bad for a couple of weeks till Morgan gets back.

Think that's the end of his season.

Ward Prowse/Reed/Davis for the weekend

Easy. Morgan might only be out for the odd game and who knows how long Wanyama will be out for. There is a lot of games to play, Cork available now too.

Against Everton we were missing Schneiderlin, Wanyama and Cork.

We have enough with Reed, Cork, JWP and Davis.

We had Toby and Maya for that game, so could go with a strong back 5.

That was the last thing we needed, annoying to be without Big Vic now given how pivotal he's been for us recently. Hopefully Corky can get himself back fully fit now and slot back into place.

Hamstring Strain Recovery Times

While every hamstring injury and the demands of your sport differ, here are some general hamstring strain recovery times when you follow an optimal physiotherapist-guided rehabilitation program.

Grade 1 - 1 to 3 weeks

Grade 2 - 4 to 8 weeks

Grade 3 - 3 to 6 months. These may also require surgery.

Thankfully we have either Palace week after next in the cup or no match. Hopefully the former and we can play some youngsters again. Gives us two weeks without a league game.

Thank buggery Cork is fit again.

As he pointed out in his interview after the Fulham game, his cameo appearance was only his fourth training session. Fit isn't match fit.

So, that's arguably our 3 best players out for the foreseeable future (Morgan, Alderweireld and Big Vic)

:(

It's awful isn't it.

Could define our season.

Ronald has not let us down thus far for transfers....he will find some cover that will fill the boots I'm sure,I hope.

We knew squad size would be our failing.....I'm sure Koeman recognises that.

Would be a travesty if we don't take this opportunity and attempt to push on.

Get Fonte off at HT for McCarthy. Absolutely cannot afford to lose a centre back.

Thankfully our manager has more boll ocks than you

Koeman needs to go for Van Dyke from Celtic before Sunderland go for him. At least we have a transfer window to find one or two replacements.
