ART Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 (edited) One player who has maintained maximum fitness is Ryan Bertrand. Month's back I read about his Fitness Workout and decided to see how long he maintains being fully fit. Now one can look back and see he is one of the every present players fitness wise. I think it's high time he got other players at the club involved in his Workout. Sounds pretty sound. I'm sure even wee Gordon Strachan would have approved, although running up sand dunes costs a whole lot less. What to read about why Bertrand is one of our fittest players? Wonderful article in the Times http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/life/article3974231.ece Full Article http://www.wayneleal.co.uk/pdf/The_Times_T2.pdf Edited 14 January, 2015 by ART
ART Posted 14 January, 2015 Author Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Well as another one hits the dust and the injury list grows, Bertrand once again showed his fitness regime holds up to the pressing and challenge style of play undertaken by our players. Maybe it's time he had a word or two with the coaches and fellow players.

Saint IQ Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 I might find somewhere to go where I can do that shizz, surely much more amusing building up core stregth on mini trampolines than the mundane dullness at the gym which I never seem to be a member of for more than 2-3 months. Then again I'm lazy an unorganised so probably won't
