Saint_Tony Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Davis looked shattered when he came off on Sunday, ran himself into the ground. Wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't feature tonight

Shroppie Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Hope Bertrand does better in a forward role than he did at Sheffield U. Solid defence. Worried about where there goals will come from.
saintbob40 Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Odd side with Wanyama and Reed in it neither of whom are that sparkling on the ball and two left backs. Looks a bit stodgy to me.
VectisSaint Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Where have the club stated their expected XII? mea culpa. Clicking on link and not engaging brain, mistakenly thinking I was on the OS, instead it was just Armstrong's preview. I know its blindingly obvious the difference, put it down to old age and decripitude. And yes he did originally have 12 players, including Toby. To be fair he was right about Steve Davis (though he is on the bench) but was a bit out with the rest of the team.

Window Cleaner Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Morgan out for 3 weeks then Well then we should be resting the fit first teamers that we do have, what are we going to do if either José or Gardos gets hurts for 3 weeks or so. We must have some sort of centre half that could play in their places this evening.
Jack Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Strange to see Bertrand playing in the advanced role when it didn't work last time, and Isgrove was the best player on the pith when he came on last time out.
nta786 Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Guessing this is the team for tonight: worried for injuries but thats the nature of football. forster clyne fonte gardos targett wanyama reed tadic jwp bertrand long or we're playing 433? Saint Charlie Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Can ill afford any more injuries tonight. If we take a decent lead get Clyne and Wanyama straight off!
doddisalegend Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Well then we should be resting the fit first teamers that we do have, what are we going to do if either José or Gardos gets hurts for 3 weeks or so. We must have some sort of centre half that could play in their places this evening. Maybe Ronald should register as a player......... We could just as easily lose a first team player to injury on Saturday. Should we rest them against Newcastle as well? Injuries happen either you have a squad to cope or you don't. Causer Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 Team looks very short on goals potential to me, fear a similar result to Sheffield United tonight.
Andy Durman Posted 14 January, 2015 Share Posted 14 January, 2015 The team will be as follows:- Forster Clyne, Fonte, Gardos, Targett Reed, Wanyama, Morgan, JWP Tadic, Pelle This match will be won in the first 45 mins If you mess with Ipswich you will lose It doesn't matter who you beat in the previous match Not far off. Didn't realise Morgan was injured. Pelle surprises me
