Saint_Mabes Posted 10 January, 2015 Posted 10 January, 2015 Weird post but found some keys with a saints fc keyring on in the common just now. Ummed and arred about what to do with them but hung them on the lamppost where I found them. The path between hill lane (the pub) and the hawthorns centre/cafe. Bang in the middle, the only one with a bin next to it! Worth a shot!
Hatch Posted 10 January, 2015 Posted 10 January, 2015 there are some on here that will run down there now just to get the key ring
Wes Tender Posted 10 January, 2015 Posted 10 January, 2015 You should have taken them to the nearest Police Station. That is the obvious place that somebody would go to to look for them if they had lost them.

Fan The Flames Posted 11 January, 2015 Posted 11 January, 2015 The Police aren't interested in lost property and most people trace their last steps, so if the keys didn't have any indication of an address then the OP did the right thing.

Actually they are....had similar a few years ago and went to local Nick. They don't book keys as lost property as such as its so common but had them in a box with about another 100 sets ! . Mine were in there having been handed in.
