Well, might as well create a thread....

Plenty of teams playing today.

Cardiff played yesterday and won 3-1 vs Colchester- and they only had 4000 fans turn up!

We should have one of the highest attendances when we play.

Hope for upsets of course, except when we play tomorrow!

I really want to go to an away ground at a lower league club next round, providing we make it through! :)

You would think that the TV schedulers would have worked out that the Cup is about Blyth Spartans etc at this stage and offers something different than all premier league ties. However, just confirms the view that they do not think football life exists or matters outside the Premier teams. Ahhhhh !

BBC still trying to wrap their heads around the idea that they don't have to show Prem clubs just because they can, and struggling with the idea that they've not already done their bit by showing live rounds before the third.

I can't really complain about Arsenal v Hull though, it was last year's final after all.

Everton vs West Ham is an indescribably bad choice by BT. I hope it's a 0-0 snoozefest.

For the broadcasters, it's all about the ratings. Sadly more people will watch Arsenal v Hull than will watch Blyth Spartans v Birmingham, which is why the BBC picked it. They have to justify the cost of the rights by pulling in the viewers.

Well the damn tv licence. What does that even go towards.

West Brom with an absolute robbery just before half-time, 2-0 up.

Blyth also 2-0 up against Birmingham. Just as well we get to watch Arsenal v Hull and Everton v West Ham on TV...

Any real upsets ? Forest perhaps.

Forest are out. lost away to rochdale, Pearce must be under real pressure now

WBA thumped Gateshead. Pulis put a very strong side out and got the desired result, get the club back to winning ways with a big one

Swansea won easily after merson had a right pop at their line up (despite most of the players all featuring this season in the prem)

Blyth were 2-0 at HT to lose to brum

no real upsets...Derby nearly drew at home to southport but a 90+min penalty, saved them

The only ones in terms of current league position were Brighton (15 places below), Cambridge (10), Leicester (10), Preston (19) and Rochdale (21).

Meh. Leicester was a good result lol, especially after hearing Carver saying they would take this seriously because they haven't won a trophy in god knows how many years...

Anyone know when the draw is for the next round (not tempting fate I hope!) Dosen't appear to be Monday night at 7 as the first 3 rounds were. Thanks

Monday night before AFC Wimbledon vs Liverpool on BBC1.

Can someone explain what's going on at B'mth ?..top of the championship and scoring for fun, real chance of playing them next year in the PL

it appears so

I was wondering, but does it say as a PL Requirement, stadium capacity must be at least 15k?

If Bournemouth do get promoted, then what do they do? They have an 11k seater I think.

also, imagine if Brentford go up also....a lot of rules being re-written me thinks (if they make it)

Correct, 15,000 minimum. I would imagine they would have to extend pretty quickly or play at a bigger stadium. Can you think of one? ;)

Surely they could throw up a steel construction behind one of the goals with an extra couple of thousand seats in, pretty quickly? (i.e. from the moment they know about promotion)

Hope Pardew keeps Palace up and Newcastle slip back down into the relegation fight, the way the Geordies treated Pardew was disgusting and SO hypocritical. Where have those "Pardew out" signs been for the last month or two?
