Mole Posted 29 December, 2008 Share Posted 29 December, 2008 So when we were/was in a relegation dogfight scrap last season was/were you boycotting games? I await your reply. P.S. I am a normal saints fan unlike people like yourself who won't help the cause but continue to slaughter the club rather than get behind the team. Your obsession with Lowe shows you have no passion for the club but with one person who does not fit in with your criteria of how our club should be run. You have yet to come up with a viable alternative to solve our problems yet continue to slate fans who continue to get behind the team. I did attend the game against Sheffield United and cheered when we won, but at the same time the jubilation was tainted by the thought it meant Judas snake Wilde would be bringing Rupert Lowe back. As it goes it would have been better if we´d lost that game and brought administration on early - it´s gonna happen in 2009 so imho it would have been better to have got it out the way in 2008 and not wasted a year. P.S you are not a normal Saints fan. You love Rupert Lowe and that makes you a weirdo.

I don't like Lowe like the rest of them but I don't see anyone else doing anything for our club BUT I WILL ASK YOU AGAIN WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE AS YOU HAVE FAILED TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. Plain 'Judas snake Wilde' doesnt sufficiently show the casual reader the quality of your thinking. However, TBF, stating that it would have been better to go into administration in 2008 does give some broad clues.

St. Jason Posted 2 January, 2009 Author Share Posted 2 January, 2009 it gets a bit difficult! At the moment its half a protest, we want lowe out and then...er...we don't know i can't name names but all Lowe is is a CeO, no different than thousands of other CeO's up and down the country, are you really saying that Rupert Lowe is the only person in the country that can run SFC??? Alanh Posted 5 January, 2009 Share Posted 5 January, 2009 Really time to sort something out people, I'll start the ball rolling, I'm not going to Shef Utd! Problem is that, as you have already stated, you are a season ticket holder, so your ticket for the match will already be counted. According to official figures there would be at least 9,500 people at each home match (the number of season ticket holders) even if there was no-one in the stadium. If you want a truly effective matchday action it has to be a mass rally outside the stadium after the match. You'll never get enough people to leave their seats for 10 minutes, or walk out early, as suggested by others on this thread. The most effective boycott is to not buy a season ticket and not attend home matches. That way you take away your financial support for the team / club. Perhaps buy an away season ticket if you still want to watch the team but that way the money goes to the opposition, not Saints. If you want to get rid of Lowe personally I think the most effective route is to put pressure on the major shareholders and demonstrate to them that the company would be better off financially without him at the helm. If you could get enough people to promise to buy new season tickets , or persuade all season ticket holders to withhold their renewal until his removal, then you've got a mechanism to apply economic pressure on the key stakeholders.
