tisspahars Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 ....which seems to be just about everybody on here, may be surprised if not startled to see that we are clear favourites for the game on Betfair at around 11/8, with Everton at 9/4. Disclaimer: I usually post this sort of thing to show what a desperate gaggle of bedwetters you are, but on this occasion given the suspensions even I think the prices are wrong...

Perhaps news of the suspensions hasn't worked it's way into the system yet. We should be favourites for this game really, their season hasn't been great but I just can't see past Toby,JWP in midfield and Lukaku roasting Maya at the back.
Dr Who? Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 This game a month ago, would be a home banker 2/6, you could probably have got 3/1 t on Everton. I think this reflects the uncertainty with this game.
WealdSaint Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 What's Everton's injury/suspension situation?
Window Cleaner Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 What's Everton's injury/suspension situation? Injuries couldn't say but Barry served his one match last monday and I don't think they've anyone else suspended just now.
washsaint Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 To win, we need to score. And we are not creating chances - 1 attempt against Sheffield was utterly, utterly pathetic and since the last international break we have only be creating a couple of real chances a game. Maybe Everton will gift us OGs again!
Mr X Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 the worst thing was the way we lost, have no problems losing to the better side on the night which Sheffield united clearly were if we had put the effort in and showed that we had tried our best.................... we didnt
Saint_clark Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 Excellent odds on Everton, might get on that to soften the blow should the worst happen.
CB Saint Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 9/4?. The bookies do understand what our team is going to look like, don't they?
Saint_Tony Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 Easy money once again on Everton, the only positive these last few weeks has been the betting winnings
Pancake Posted 17 December, 2014 Posted 17 December, 2014 Bloody he'll, even Ladbrokes have them at 2/1. *sells kids*
Saint_Tony Posted 18 December, 2014 Posted 18 December, 2014 Never understand why people think form is something that doesn't change. It does, it's all about timing. I first bet us to lose starting with the Leicester game, so 2 losers followed by 5 winning bets. One more big punt on Everton, then I will stop for a couple of months as I think we will redisover a bit of form.
