Eh? he wasn't prolific for us but was pretty regular and considering he had to share it around with Le Tiss, Rod Wallace and Donny's free kicks, he did well to get on the score sheet.

TBF I don't remember Sam getting that much playing time last season but I remember a very good goal against Yeovil in the cup and some decent cameos. I think the boy has talent but expecting him to just come into the team after injury and start banging in the goals is unrealistic.Much the same can be said of Jrod to

He'd be the first player i can think of who has got better at football by not playing football. I agree with Smirking Saint. He really is quite green and has a great deal to learn and IMHO, isn't ready to act as the lone striker in RK's preferred formation.

Not really fair, as the lad hasn't had the chance to show the development that most 18 years olds have when they get to 19.
blair3 Posted 15 December, 2014 Posted 15 December, 2014 Would love to see Koeman use his contacts in Netherlands and get players like Gallagher over to play in the Dutch league. It would be more beneficial for the young players than playing in the Championship or league one where the football they will be playing probably won't be the style that we play.
