Saint_Tony Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 West Ham are now competing for a top 6 spot. It's worrying as this season theyve played some good stuff whilst also using 'hoofball' to great effect. Also have better striker options than we do

Also have better striker options than we do they appear very strong and glad we played them when we did however, they will come untuck, just like us at some point
Saint Charlie Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 Centre backs are similar, our full backs and central midfielders are better than theirs though.
lickierambert Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 (edited) People love to talk about our fixtures. Well they've got to go to Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs, Everton, us, Swansea and Newcastle. I'm pretty convinced we'll finish above them actually Edited 7 December, 2014 by lickierambert

I'm pretty convinced we'll finish above hem actually It's almost like all the teams play all the other teams through the season isn't it? And WHU have done well against the big clubs this season so not really an issue for them. Edited 7 December, 2014 by CB Fry

CB Fry Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 Not away from home they haven't. Allardyce's style has it's limitations away from home at good sides Well, they've still done better against the big clubs than we have. We're fighting them for 5/6/7/8/9th. Turkish Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 Not away from home they haven't. Leicestersaint Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 I am surprised at how well WHU are doing this season - I wish we had more attacking options at the present time.
lickierambert Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 Remind me of super, unstoppable saints last league away win against a good side. Swansea and West Ham this year, but yes we aren't great. Interestingly the bookies have us about 6 times more likely to finish top 4 than West Ham

lickierambert Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 Villa are also shaping up nicely. They've pushed Everton into 12th. How long before the pressure ramps up on Martinez? I guess the Europa League form is helping him at the minute
lickierambert Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 So west ham are a good team now are they? Made your mind up pal Yes they are, but I think they'll finish below us
SuperMikey Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 Surprised at how well West Ham are doing recently - although as pointed out above they have some tough games to go. They finally seem to have goals in their side though which can only be a good thing for them given that they've spent the last 3 years focusing on defensive organisation. There's a few teams around that have a chance of Top 6, I think us West Ham, Swansea and Newcastle are all in with a good shout given how poor Spurs, Liverpool and Everton have been this season. Dr Who? Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 Villa are shocking! There is so much rubbish out there, but we are on for a top 6 place. Imagine ending above Liverpool or Spurs only to miss out on 6th place to West Ham! Gutting to say the least.

Saint IQ Posted 7 December, 2014 Share Posted 7 December, 2014 The fact Villa are above Everton is crazy when you compare the two squads and form over the last 2-3 years. Can't see it being that way come may
