buctootim Posted 2 December, 2014 Posted 2 December, 2014 Ensuring dedicated fans are given the opportunity to attend our home fixtures is a priority, so too is rewarding the loyalty of our Season Ticket holders. We’re also committed to seeing new Saints fans come through the gates at St Mary’s and to introducing new supporters into the Southampton Way. So everyone is a priority - season tickets holders, regular fans and bringing in new fans. Thats cleared that up.

So it's up to the ST holders to bring in the new fans, not selling out for City seems to have hit them hard. Are there many tickets for Utd still available ? Edited 2 December, 2014 by Window Cleaner
iansums Posted 2 December, 2014 Posted 2 December, 2014 Can't see how this is positive. It just encourages the ST holders to get tickets for their JCL mates for the big games. What they need to do is look at the pricing.

Orange Posted 2 December, 2014 Posted 2 December, 2014 I mentioned this earlier, and got a reply from Jim Lucas at Saints... Didn't make that very clear did they. Or maybe they're backtracking.
The Cat Posted 2 December, 2014 Posted 2 December, 2014 And there I was hoping this thread would be about the introduction of a new, confusing loyalty points scheme.
VectisSaint Posted 2 December, 2014 Posted 2 December, 2014 Ensuring dedicated fans are given the opportunity to attend our home fixtures is a priority, so too is rewarding the loyalty of our Season Ticket holders. We’re also committed to seeing new Saints fans come through the gates at St Mary’s and to introducing new supporters into the Southampton Way. So everyone is a priority - season tickets holders, regular fans and bringing in new fans. Thats cleared that up. Apart from the irregular fans. What we don't want to encourage is the ones that just come along every so often, such as when we are playing ManU or Chelski or Arsenal. Ticket policy clearly makes these people unwanted, quite rightly (unless they are mates of season ticket holders in which case they are OK). Actually good update, means I can buy tickets now for others on occasions.
Turkish Posted 2 December, 2014 Posted 2 December, 2014 Ridiculous. So season ticket holders can buy 2 extra tickets and the additional people wont be given customer numbers? So how do SFC know those tickets are going to Saints fans?
kwsaint Posted 2 December, 2014 Posted 2 December, 2014 Ridiculous. So season ticket holders can buy 2 extra tickets and the additional people wont be given customer numbers? So how do SFC know those tickets are going to Saints fans? I don't think they care. As long as 32,000 go through the gates every week, they could all be neutral for all they mind.
