S-Clarke Posted 30 November, 2014 Share Posted 30 November, 2014 Slight muscle injury, probably brought off as a precaution more than anything. Don't really want to lose him for more than a game.

SaintTex Posted 30 November, 2014 Share Posted 30 November, 2014 He should have taken his booking before going off!this. Should have hobbled over to the first Man City player available and take him out to start the second half. Oh and then sub him with Gardos. Jeez. ART Posted 30 November, 2014 Share Posted 30 November, 2014 Koeman said Wednesday may well come too soon. He ain't seen anything yet. It's just going to get worse from now on and we're not even in the Champions League.

david in sweden Posted 4 December, 2014 Share Posted 4 December, 2014 now out for .....we don't know how long , but now one of those annoying small sites has re-introduced ...Arsenal's apparant interest in Morgan.....for £15 million  The first of January isn't the same as the first of April. .....If Lallana went for £25 million ...can Morgan be worth less? L'Equipe isn't known for it's 2+2=7 maths but a journalist is a journalist the world over.
DT Posted 4 December, 2014 Share Posted 4 December, 2014 As I said, he was out against Arsenal because of a pre-agreement* * may still have been a lie/gut feeling
Window Cleaner Posted 4 December, 2014 Share Posted 4 December, 2014 As I said, he was out against Arsenal because of a pre-agreement* * may still have been a lie/gut feeling Not sure that that sort of agreement wouldn't be against PL or FL rules actually, it would be akin to match fixing. Now when it's a loan player you can understand it but a contracted player deliberately being left out...nope don't think so. Doubt if he'll be sold in January, too much to play for still this season. Window Cleaner Posted 4 December, 2014 Share Posted 4 December, 2014 I'm sure it's happened before. Very easy to get a doctor's note... but it's the same injury that put him out of the last France game, the only thing that might be shady about it is that we rushed him back, probably because he was overkeen. St_Tel49 Posted 4 December, 2014 Share Posted 4 December, 2014 As I said, he was out against Arsenal because of a pre-agreement* * may still have been a lie/gut feeling This is just nonsense. Why would we compromise our own progress in the league just to suit Arsenal who have been second best to us this season until we were reduced to 10 men? syd_barrett_saint Posted 6 December, 2014 Share Posted 6 December, 2014 When you consider he's actually played 12.5 games, Morgan would have beaten Fabregas to 100 miles had he not gotten injured: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/article-2862210/Cesc-Fabregas-covered-ground-Premier-League-season-Chelsea-ace-player-surpass-100-mile-mark.html
