Matt needs to start on some coaching badges and get involved in the club more, he's a great role model compared to the modern footballer.

At the moment I can imagine he's probably on track for im a celebrity get me out of here in a few years time.

I hope so - the crew and contestants all stay at a hotel 20 minutes from where I live for that show and I'd love to go and buy him a Malibu and coke and thank him in person for most of my best memories watching Saints!

Yep when it comes to diet, fitness and conditioning Matt is the perfect template for the modern soccerballist.

You don't think Ant & Dec and the majority of the crew slum it in the "jungle" do you? Lol and the contestants all get a taste of luxury once they are "evicted" by staying in the Versace 5* hotel at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast
