kwsaint Posted 24 November, 2014 Posted 24 November, 2014 Game was dull tonight so we were working out how many ex-Saints were playing in the Premier League. We had: Shaw (Man U) Chambers (Arsenal) Lovren (Liverpool) Lambert (Liverpool) Lallana (Liverpool) Hammond (Leicester) Walcott (Arsenal) Oxlade-Chamberlain (Arsenal) Puncheon (Crystal Palace) Dyer (Swansea) Crouch (Stoke) Sub: Ramirez (Hull on loan) Manager: Pochettino Asst Mgr: Monk Kit Man: Redknapp Three man defence. Not quite sure who would go in goal. Should score loads of goals if they ever got the ball. Have we missed anyone? What about a Football League ex-Saints XI.
SNSUN Posted 24 November, 2014 Posted 24 November, 2014 Liam Rosenior at right back, Chambers at centre back.
Saint-Armstrong Posted 24 November, 2014 Posted 24 November, 2014 Liam Rosenior at right back, Chambers at centre back. Rosenior has never played for Saints?
SNSUN Posted 24 November, 2014 Posted 24 November, 2014 (edited) Good point. Who the hell am I thinking of? In a massive case of mistaken identity it appears I was thinking of Phil Ifil. Make of that what you will. Edited 24 November, 2014 by SNSUN
SNSUN Posted 24 November, 2014 Posted 24 November, 2014 I believe I thought Liam Rosenior played for us because I always used to sign him on a free on FM2011. The line between fiction and reality etc etc... As for lower leagues: Boruc Richardson Stephens Turnbull Fox Oakley Chaplow Reeves Forte Jones Sharp Manager:Adkins, asst.Tisdale. That can definitely be improved upon.

Pancake Posted 25 November, 2014 Posted 25 November, 2014 Where do Pardew and Pearson fit in with the management team ? WAG liaison and Doorman.
Hatch Posted 25 November, 2014 Posted 25 November, 2014 Richard Wright is at Man City I think, 87th choice keeper or something.
Chewy Posted 25 November, 2014 Posted 25 November, 2014 Surman, Hooiveld, McGoldrick. Best, blackstock, James, Gillett, gobern?
The Cat Posted 25 November, 2014 Posted 25 November, 2014 Stretch it a bit further and you can include Mike Williamson at Newcastle.
The Cat Posted 25 November, 2014 Posted 25 November, 2014 Lower leagues also include Butterworth and Harlee Dean at Brentford although he never made the first team at Saints.
