buctootim Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Four men have been charged with fraud in relation to the collapse of Rangers and its subsequent sale. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-30084830 including the head of the administrators. Didn't Markus Liebherr also imply they had been asked to pay a 'fee' which they considered a bribe in order to have their bid considered for the Saints takeover. The seemingly mysterious and inexplicable goings on at Pompey over years were well documented. Professional corruption is rare in the UK but this industry does seem to be in the control of shysters. Saint_clark Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 It was suggested at the time that the "exclusivity fee" paid by Crouch for the Pinnacle group went to the administrators, not the club. Which is obviously totally wrong if true.
