andoru Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Finally got around to listening to last week's Monday Night Club podcast. Dave Merrington was asked this question. What do you reckon?
niceandfriendly Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Poch's side would take the lead in the first 5 minutes. Then miss a whole host of chances to make it 2-0. Then Koeman's side would dominate the second half and win 3-1.
Ultimatt Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 0-0 draw. Schneiderlin and Wanyama would keep stealing the ball off Schneiderlin and Wanyama.

Delboy Dave Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Mopos side would chase and chase and chase and run out of energy at 70 minutes when koemans side would take the victory :-)
Cabrone Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Koeman's Saints 2-1. Would be a very good game.
nta786 Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Poch Teams Boruc Clyne, Fonte, Lovren, Shaw Schneiderlin, Wanyama Davis, Lallana, Jay Rod Lambert Koeman's Team Forster Clyne, Fonte, Alderweireld, Bertrand Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Davis Tadic, Pelle, Mane If Koeman's team scores first- a routine 2/3-0 victory. Poch could never make a comeback- maybe the odd consolation goal. However, even if Poch's team scored first, I'd still havw confidence in Koemans team to score. I'd go 2-1 to Koemans team

andoru Posted 17 November, 2014 Author Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Koeman's Wanyama scores from 40 yards after Pochettino's Boruc commits a howler. Pochettino's Saints lose, unable to come from behind and win.
Lets B Avenue Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Sounds about right. What was Merrington's answer? As usual, he wasn't listening to the question and proceeded to rabbit on at a complete tangent.
KingdomCome Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 It would be a very low scoring game, maybe 1 - 0 win to Koeman as I think Poch's Saints would struggle to create something to get past a very well organised defence. Sounds about right. What was Merrington's answer? "What they don't want to do now is..."
MongoNeil Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 0-0 draw. Schneiderlin and Wanyama would keep stealing the ball off Schneiderlin and Wanyama. Made me laugh.
SNSUN Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 The game would be postponed after the two Fonte's on the pitch decide to team up and get their own back on Osvaldo.

DT Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Koeman's would win 2-0. Pochettino would be seen after the game measuring the pitch with one of those wheelie things surveyors use.
Charlie Wayman Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Hang on a minute, didn't Pochettino's Spuds BEAT Koeman's Saints recently or did I imagine that and nobody on here rates Pochettino's Spuds.

The question is about Pochettino's SAINTS. (i.e. Saints of 2013/14 vs. Saints of 2014/15)
DuncanRG Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 I'm glad it'll never happen because a Wanyama-on-Wanyama collision would probably rip the space-time continuum

cellone Posted 17 November, 2014 Share Posted 17 November, 2014 Out of every three it would go RK 2 MP 1. Not sure about those playing in both teams, could affect their professional approach to the game.

I don't think many rate Pochettino's Spuds right now. Even Sherwood's Spuds did the double over Pochettino's Saints last season. Seems to be a bogey team for us.
