I dont understand the deal with this guy hes just a regular employee at a club, who appears to have a good agent that can get him media spreads.

 

These people are part of team that has staff scouts at games and on databases.

 

You then have maybe directors of football, Chairmain, CEos and finance directors, who all have to decide what players can and cant be bought.
