There's no great revelation, but some nice detail and very appreciative of what we're doing. A long way from the club-in-crisis stories of the summer..

Nice quote from Les Reed "Whether the guys who’ve gone look back and go, ‘Perhaps I shouldn’t have left,’ it doesn’t really bother us.”

Good article. However in the spirit of innerweb nitpicking....it says we already knew about Pelle, yet most other reports say he wasn't on our radar (Tadic was), and he was purely a Koeman recommendation.

Do I get an MLG prize for pedantry?

Certainly Tadic was mentioned as being on the radar. But I would have thought, if the scouts are so good, that the player with the 3rd best scoring record in Europe after Messi and Ronaldo would be a known quantity. That's not to say that RK was not heavily involved.

And this about injuries I haven't seen elsewhere :

Last year Southampton had the lowest incidence of soft tissue injuries in the Premier League, the clubs says, which is a result of their preventative care programmes.

Arsenal must have the exact opposite programme. Lol

Hence why our physio was poached by United?
