Stu Man Do Posted 30 October, 2014 Posted 30 October, 2014 Two actually lol Three actually two leg semi final if I recall correctly!
Whitey Grandad Posted 30 October, 2014 Posted 30 October, 2014 Three actually two leg semi final if I recall correctly! One and two halves.
sandwichsaint Posted 30 October, 2014 Posted 30 October, 2014 Three actually two leg semi final if I recall correctly! I had a little chuckle at this when I got in at 2 this morning - the BBC match report had Saints 'two games from Wembley'.
fos Posted 30 October, 2014 Author Posted 30 October, 2014 Reminds me of 1978. Leeds 2 - 0 down at Elland Road in the first leg and pulled it back to 2-2 if my memory serves me right and then the second leg. Mind you I expect I got that wrong too. lol
miserableoldgit Posted 30 October, 2014 Posted 30 October, 2014 Terry Curran? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
The Cat Posted 30 October, 2014 Posted 30 October, 2014 The share of tickets between clubs in the League Cup final is far more than for the FA Cup, just over 30000 tickets each so it shouldn't be too hard to get one.
Saint_clark Posted 30 October, 2014 Posted 30 October, 2014 Get a half season ticket and go to Sheffield United if you want one that bad.

brightspark Posted 31 October, 2014 Posted 31 October, 2014 I got excited at the thought of this (live in Australia but moving to London in February) and then realised that there would basically be no chance of getting a ticket anyway. One of the drawbacks about being a well supported club. Would have got a ticket if it was a Portsmouth final.

rick1976.4.38 Posted 31 October, 2014 Posted 31 October, 2014 be a good idea to get to the final first, dont you think also it was 1979 we last got to the final
John Boy Saint Posted 31 October, 2014 Posted 31 October, 2014 be a good idea to get to the final first, dont you think also it was 1979 we last got to the final And I think it might just be a tad more expensive than the £2.50 My Dad and I paid each to stand on the upper terrace behind the goal. Like you say counting chickens needs to stop.
Griffo Posted 31 October, 2014 Posted 31 October, 2014 IF we beat Sheff Utd we will end up playing 2 legs against like Chelsea, Spurs or Liverpool.. Which we'd be underdogs in.
