It all came together when Ron was signed. A masterstroke by Ted Bates.

Always admired Telfer for his professionalism, felt he was an unfair scapegoat. As for Camara, he gave me hope in that dreadful season, his thunderf**k of a strike up at St Andrews where he almost single handedly earnt us a point from nothing is something I will always remember fondly.
