The Return of the Judai build up thread!

we always seem to **** it up against QPR. Hopefully tomorrow will be different. Personally I am more than happy to get on the back of the skates Cunflaps, Traore and Kranjcar.

Exactly to every last word of that - there's a lot of complacency on this thread regarding the score and score line me thinks.

Really hope crowd spend less time getting on redknapp's back (despite my low opinion of him) and just focus on supporting team. Don't want him to be a distraction to getting an important 3 points.

This. Especially at the start. Get an early goal and we could batter them.

Lets continue this Amazing run going and Spank HR & QPR which we will 3-0

at least and hopefully Villa will get something at Chelsea so we'l see what happens!

COYR! :D

Quick question.... I'm given up my season ticket to someone else and instead have tickets through my Dad's work for the Saints bar? Can anyone add some context...my Dad's work have said you need to wear trousers, shoes and shirt, but my old man thinks they may be on a windup?

Come on you Red and White Machine.

Lets make our class tell and send Redkrap and Glenda packing.

Looks like a near sell out, hope there is a cracking atmosphere.

Hope we give Redknapp some proper abuse today rather than the last half-hearted attempt when they last came to St Mary's.

I'd rather get behind the team and win.....give Redknapp some grief at the end if we have won

It was hard enough finding 4 seats together a week ago, I think it may be a near sell out.

With redknapp as the extra incentive, a very winnable game and the team in 2nd and flying, I suspect there will be a rush on the final tickets

There was still a fair few empty rows available late last night. All depends what the walk up today is like.

Let's hope the ticket office pull their finger out, they are normally so slow to serve the walk up.

It will stll just come from the same 2 corners of the stadium (and the aways if we're ragging them) so won't make twitchy very...well...twitchy.

Guess this may have already popped up somewhere but worth a read...

Well it's not raining, the boat show has finished and the summer holidays are long over so there's no excuses left.

What an absolutely brilliant article.

This boy certainly knows his stuff about us, right down to little details such as the away cup tie at Sunderland and fans getting up at 4am.

Hope the QPR backroom staff and players aren't this thorough!!

Had a browse through the QPR forum (which weirdly is the same design as SWF just in blue) the most optimistic of fans are predicting 1-0 QPR win or a draw. However general consensus is that we are likely to win in a high scoring margin (highest I tihnk was 7-0). But who knows?

Any good songs to welcome Arry and Glenda?

:)

IF (and it is a big IF from a glass half empty merchant) we are winning well towards the end, a nice chant of 'Give us a wave Ronald' (heavily Dutch accented if possible) followed by 'Send us a Text Harry/Henry/Bagpuss' or what ever fits the bill (in broad Cockney) might go down well!!

Posted
Who remembers the awful Harry and Jim song? Still amazed we sang that.

Still, 'going down, with Harry and Glenn' might work.

we are staying up, with arry and jim!!!!

I hope Glen Hoddle receives just as much of a welcome. I'm afraid his desertion to spurs was just as bad potty chinos.

Didn't we get him sacked? Remember Beattie scoring a belter of a free kick at the lane.

We have an early winner!!!!!

Er ............ a mujch earlier winner then you think!!

I hope our players are all up for it, and not knackered through staying up till stupid o clock playing FIFA15 ;-)

How about a revamped version, of what has to be the worst song we ever had (I refused to sing it), the cringeworthy "We're staying up, with Harry and Jim"

God just typing it makes me want to vomit.

The new version, when we are cruising along 3 or 4 goals to the good, could be "You're going down, with Harry and Glenn"

Plagarism!! :mcinnes: I have copyright on that chant. My lawyers will be in touch with yours!!

Thinking about Victor's goal last week. He's so difficult to dispossess and has shown he can finish, do you think we'll ever use him in a more attacking midfield role? Might have been missing a trick here for a while.
