It doesn't imply tacit acceptance. It is obviously poor taste, but I doubt anyone is actually offended by that.

Well, Pochettino appears to be. I do wonder why Serbians know about Dell Boy, Trigger and Dave....... EDIT : Apparently it has cult status in Serbia.
