Batman Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Arsenal v City good game, very end to end arsenal dominating in midfield, Welbeck hits the post
Wrensup Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Poor Ramsey is getting battered out there by Citeh.
SuperMikey Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Arsenal looked great going forward for the first 25 minutes or so, kept the ball well and had some nice movement up top with Welbeck. Couple of scary moments at the back but they held on. On the 30 minute mark, poor positioning by the Arsenal defence and a great counter-attack from City makes it 1-0. Aguero has looked very good when he's been involved, but City haven't really been on the ball. Monreal and Flamini don't look good enough for the rest of the Arsenal team - they're definitely the weak links. No Chambers either which is interesting as he's been one of their best players so far this season.

Batman Posted 13 September, 2014 Author Posted 13 September, 2014 have to say, wilshere gets a lot of stick but he has been brilliant today
ART Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 (edited) BT1 Sports stream in HD for Acestream Player for this Arsenal vs City and after for Saints game is acestream://df496a36b62b0b304d7bebc0ea345bb6e72fbf69 Edited 13 September, 2014 by ART
Wrensup Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Wilshire has been class today. ''Clearly a penalty'' Michael Owen. He's such a moron.
Saxon Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 On BT Sport, they mentioned the europa league with RedBull Salzburg... With an image of Sadio Mane f*ckin morons.
SuperMikey Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Appalling marking by Arsenal! Looks like set-pieces are how to score against them this season...great header by Demichelis though tbf.
Wrensup Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 2-2 demichelles Who the buck was meant to be marking him.
SuperMikey Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Squeaky bum time for Wenger now, 5 minutes left plus stoppage time. Debuchy injured himself badly as well, looks like he snapped his achilles landing awkwardly.
SuperMikey Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 F*cking hell, Kolarov was close there. 6 minutes stoppage time...plenty of time for either team to snatch a winner
tpbury Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Squeaky bum time for Wenger now, 5 minutes left plus stoppage time. Debuchy injured himself badly as well, looks like he snapped his achilles landing awkwardly. Which means some kid called Chambers came on
SuperMikey Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Heavy deflection from a through ball and it hits the post, Man City nearly snatched it. Arsenal not really looking like they have the legs to get a winner, have to concentrate now..
SuperMikey Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Nasri puts it in but offside! Oh my. Really bad marking again from Arsenal though, City's strikers are finding all sorts of gaps in their defensive line to exploit.
SuperMikey Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 15 seconds left, City have a free kick just off the left hand corner flag... ....aaaaand nothing. Great game though!
Bearsy Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Lallana starting for Liverpool, if anyone cares
KelvinsRightGlove Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Yellow for Lallana. Lovren didn't cover himself in glory for the Villa goal either.
USA SaintsFan Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Lallana's stats so far: fouls 2, yellows 1, times slicked back hair 9.
Saints foreva Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Flops in the box: 1 Lucky not to get a 2nd booking for that.
S-Clarke Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Lovren getting ripped apart at HT. Oops.
Batman Posted 13 September, 2014 Author Posted 13 September, 2014 Lovren getting ripped apart at HT. Oops. villa are doing their best to wind up Mario also, lovren does not have cork, morgan and/or victor in front of him
S-Clarke Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 villa are doing their best to wind up Mario also, lovren does not have cork, morgan and/or victor in front of him I think we're seeing that the team unit we had last year was much bigger than any of the individuals.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 On Bein sports Andy Gray keeps commenting about the fact 6 players were new to Liverpool hence there obvious lack of cohesion. He seems to forget Saints had six too plus another off the bench yet the team looked so together. All Credit to Koeman!
pap Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Lallana's stats so far: fouls 2, yellows 1, times slicked back hair 9. One substitution too.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 One substitution too. Still has trouble playing more than 60 mins then!
doddisalegend Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Villa win:D I must admit I had Villa down as relegation fodder this season along with Swansea clearly I know **** all:?
Dan Johnson Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Villa win:D I must admit I had Villa down as relegation fodder this season along with Swansea clearly I know **** all:? Me too.
beatlesaint Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Poch, Badge kisser, Lovren, Luke and Callum - LOOK AT THE TABLE TONIGHT chaps
adrian lord Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Lallana's stats so far: fouls 2, yellows 1, times slicked back hair 9. This. He really comes across as a self-abuser.
SO16_Saint Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 I think we're seeing that the team unit we had last year was much bigger than any of the individuals. An example of the whole being greater than the sum of all its parts
