Apple iPhone 6 or Samsung galaxy 5?

Now that the new iPhone has been announced and looks ridiculously expensive what are people's thoughts around the Samsung (if they have one).

They are all really similar now. Personally I prefer androids but they all do pretty much the same thing.

Just got a HTC One M8 myself. Very happy with it. LG G3 is also very well reviewed.

Similarly, as posted elsewhere, I have the (great phone, confusingly titled) HTC One Mini 2, which is the so called "mini" version of the M8. Still bigger than an Iphone 5 but a great quality phone. Speakers, build quality, camera and some of the HTC features are the best

Got a well behaved and bargainlicious Nexus 5, will probably go Nexus 6 nest time if its under £300.

I'm with Pap. I had an S3 and grew to hate it, but liked the freedom that Android gives over Apple's conduit do iTunes with iOS.

 

I upgraded to the HTC One M8 and love it, apart from one annoyance, which is constantly hitting the home scree button when I'm trying to hit the space bar button. They are too close, but it's a great phone

I upgraded from SIII to S5 and I love it. Next time up though I'll wait a tad longer to see what's happening with the Galaxy Alpha.

I think this launch is actually worse than the iPhone4 debacle (it was the phone that wasn't very good at making phone calls, remember).

 

At least then, the Macsturbators could still rely on WiFi.
