I found it and was disappointed to find it wasn't an interview with Matt Targett, but some old guy instead. Didn't bother reading it.

Sorry for the wild goose chase but,like you I'm unable to locate it on the web.I'll keep trying and when I get a positive link I'll post it.There is 'A big interview' with Crouchy so the one with Matt LeTissier has to be in there too.
