Input not Supported

We get this message flashing across the screen in a "bubble" when viewing pictures on a slide show.

anyone any ideas on how to get rid of it

its the sync signal coming from your pc to monitor. Are you using HDMI input or just a VGA input? Also if you are using a 3rd party to watch the slide show it may be promoting the slideshow in NTSC and not PAL at a super duper res
