That's only 23. Who are the other two going to be?

Players born after 1st January 1993 don't count towards the 25 man list. You've also missed out Gazzaniga and Mayuka who should be on your list.

The OS squad listing now shows Reed and McQueen with last season's squad numbers rather than the ones they were allocated this season (28 and 38 respectively).

 

We don't need to list any players in our 25 man squad who are on season long loans - so Jos and Gaston can be omitted. Similarly Stephens and Sinclair (too young).

Amused to note that the Premier League Handbook Squad List regulation is missing a word and doesn't actually make sense:

 

A Player shall not play for a Club in a League Match unless that Club holds his registration

(which shall include, in the circumstances set out in Rules U.3 and U.13, confirmation that he

is eligible to play for it) with effect from at least 75 minutes before kick-off and for League

Matches to be played between the close of the First Transfer Window and the end of the

Season either:

U.1.1. his name is included on the Squad List; or

U.1.2. he is an Under 21 Player

 

It reads as "player shan't play unless club holds registration (and eligible) between stated time periods", then just says apropos of nothing the phrases "either included on the Squad List; or Under 21 Player" which doesn't mean anything without qualifying why those two clauses relate to the previous text. There should be an "and" after "Season" as one of the U.1.1 and U.1.2 statements is a required conditions for the player, and without the extra "and" they're just some words not related to the previous statement.

 

Arguably using this typo a legal team could defend a club fielding a registered player who isn't named on the squad list.

Good spot that, OS squad lists are notoriously flaky though, it's also missing a load of the kids with numbers as they're listed under the dev squad (without squad numbers).

Unless Im reading it wrong, the bit in bold is the addition to the first part. The first part non-explicitly refers to non-league matches and games before the close of the first transfer window; the second part then goes on to say that once the window is closed then they need to be on the "list" or a u21.
