sifter Posted 1 September, 2014 Posted 1 September, 2014 Forster Clyne, fonte, Gardos, Bertrand Schneiderlein, cork, ward prowse Tadic, pelle, long Subs to play some part: Toby, mane Am not suggesting this is our best team, but that wasn't the question.
Saint Matty 76 Posted 1 September, 2014 Posted 1 September, 2014 Next team; Forster Clyne - Fonte - Yoshida - Bertrand Schneiderlin - Davis - Wanyama Tadic - Pelle - Long Subs: Boruc, Gardos, Alderwield, Cork, JWP, Reed, Mane, Long Best team (assumption); Forster Clyne - Alderwield - Fonte - Bertrand Schneiderlin - Tadic - Wanyama Rodriguez - Pelle - Mane Subs: Boruc, Gardos, Targett, Cork, JWP, Davis, Long I hope we can get Tadic working as a No.10 like Twente did, although he's effective on the wing as well. It'll be tough to accommodate everyone to be honest, but it's a happy problem to have.
sisi1992 Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Personally would go for, when j rod is fit: Forster Clyne-Alderweid-Gardos-Bertand Spider-Tadic-Cork J Rod - Pelle - Mane Bench: Boruc, Fonte, Targett, Victor, JWP, Davis, Long Thats my best team, however with jose being captain cant see gardos playing much
Saint Paul C Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Hopefully, once all fit etc... -------- Forster -------- Clyne - Toby - Fonte - Bertrand ------- Wanyama ------ --- Tadic ----- Morgan --- Mane -- Pelle -- J-Rod
Toon Saint Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 -------- Forster -------- Clyne - Toby - Fonte - Bertrand ----Big Vic---Morgan------ --Mane---Davis---Tadic--- ----------Pelle ---------- Bench: Boruc Cork JWP Long Gardos Isgrove Yoshi Forward options on the bench will look far better when J-Rod is back from injury. From where we were at the start of July, much better than I would have expected.
Torrent Of Abuse Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 When J-rod is back, would we move Tadic into the centre and put J-rod out left? That would potentially unleash havoc on rival defences.
Jack Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Much better strength in depth than last season, presuming the new boys are up to it. ...........Forster Clyne Toby Fonte Bertrand Schneiderlin Cork/Wanyama ..............Tadic ...Mane...........Rodriguez ..............Pelle Boruc Gardos Targett Davis Cork/Wanyama JWP Long Very strong bench
Faz Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Not only do we now have depth, but plenty of options to change the formation etc. I enjoyed last season under Poch, but the last time we had a manager with the real ability to change games at half-time was Hoddle. I think Koeman has the ability and the squad to be able to do that.
