Cascadia Saint Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Sad to see him go, but am glad the reason is that we have finally got some top quality at CB. He always seemed like a model pro and a huge part of our excellent team spirit. He was a massive part of our promotion push and for that I'll be forever grateful. Good luck Jos!
Toadhall Saint Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Cheers Jos you have been a good Saint! All the best!
Batman Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 came up short in the prem but part of a small group of players who will forever be remembered for their contribution in our time away from the prem Jos Sharp Guly Hammond great pro's
dronskisaint Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 He'll always be welcomed back and that's quite a statement given some recent departures.. Thank Jos - massive part of the promotion story, I enjoyed you being a Saint as much as you seemed to enjoy being one
Matty's Caddy Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Cheers Jos, all the best. You made a massive difference to the promotion defence and a great character to have in the dressing room. Hope you get the games you deserve.
Patrick Bateman Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 came up short in the prem but part of a small group of players who will forever be remembered for their contribution in our time away from the prem Jos Sharp Guly Hammond great pro's Chaplow
Saint Pete Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 [video=youtube;CblDavu-sk8] I did not remember him scoring so many goals! Brilliant video. Really good video - great character. Sure he will be popular and do well at Norwich too.
cellone Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Thanks Jos for all you have done for the club I love, from the goals you stopped to the goals you scored, What you brought to our team on and off the pitch. I don't imagine your career in football will end when you hang up your boots (which will be a while yet).
davefizzy14 Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 Thank you so much Jos for everything you have done. You have been a model professional. Will do well for Norwich. Good luck Jos.
Sergei Gotsmanov Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 Role model and thanks for being part of the journey Jos
Maggie May Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 [video=youtube;CblDavu-sk8] I did not remember him scoring so many goals! Brilliant video. OMFG cringe - and he's only out on loan.
OVER THE HILL Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 OMFG cringe - and he's only out on loan. Agree with this . What next #prayforjos.
sammysaint Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 Im sure his contract is up in the summer so we are saying thank you now, yes slightly cringe, but it shows when players leave if they do it right like Lambo Shaw and the ones we wanted out did like Jos they get a nice thanks from the club and more.
pingwing Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 OMFG cringe - and he's only out on loan. He's not coming back.... Contract is up at the end of the season and clearly won't be offered a new one seeing as he's hardly played in the last 18 months, the video is a nice way to say thank you as he's clearly been great to have about the place even when not playing first team football
Lazlo78 Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 Love the video - I can't get enough of videos from those seasons in the lower leagues.
St Chalet Posted 4 September, 2014 Posted 4 September, 2014 Clearly a top bloke and an important component of the team that got us back to the Prem. Was decent backup last season despite what the haters say.
david in sweden Posted 7 September, 2014 Posted 7 September, 2014 Clearly a top bloke and an important component of the team that got us back to the Prem. Was decent backup last season despite what the haters say. AGREED !....was never in the " Michael Svensson class ", but (like Claus L.)....DA (better J) FU than many gave him credit for.....
