holepuncture Posted 2 September, 2014 Share Posted 2 September, 2014 The food stands/outlets by Camden lock are the best IMO, next to a cocktail bar too!

Or is that too much like the historic Octo porn that used to be freely available in TMS ? I miss those days .......................

Think we should 'fin'-ish this line of talk before we get em-'broiled' into too much of a debate ! :-)

so22saint Posted 4 September, 2014 Share Posted 4 September, 2014 The Poppies on Commercial Street is great - so assuming it's the same people you should be golden. The food stalls by the lock are good to, and the asian bit inside the market is like being in APAC

ericb Posted 15 September, 2014 Share Posted 15 September, 2014 Always thought Poppies was over priced and over rated personally, but then i also avoid Camden like the plague. It's just a massive tourist trap these days, with terrible pubs, over priced (and poor) food and people who don't know better shelling out for it. Food wise i'd much rather go to Broadway or Borough Market or check out one of the millions of really, really good pop ups in the city (http://www.londonpopups.com)
