twiglet Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Pelle is a beautiful player. I love him and his football.
angelman Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Pelle is a beautiful player. I love him and his football. Are you a dude?
Patrick Bateman Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Pelle is a beautiful player. I love him and his football. Definite man-love appeal.
twiglet Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Yes I am a man, I am not gay, never kissed a man but I have screwed over 100 different women. I just think he's a good player that oozes class. Basically, he could and would look good and shine at any top European clubs, and I am happy he is with us.
LostBoys Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Very pleased for him and us. I am getting a little tired of some of the w*****s on here writing off players and ostensibly a new team

Don Logan Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 After registering on this forum earlier in the summer, my observations were of a forum dominated by half a dozen mongs, who quite obviously have nothing else to do with their life's but sit and wait for the next thread. After last weeks inept Team display Pelle took the wrath, from the same mongs. Trust in Ronald Koemans judgement, twelve goals to equal Lamberts efforts is all we should expect from Pelle, and for those who have nothing else's to do but bed wet after a bad display, remember, its a Team game.
sadoldgit Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Four games. Just remember that. It is way to early to give Pelle hero status but it was even more crazy writing him off after a couple of games. The signs look good but it is a long hard season. One thing I am sure of though - Ronald K knows his football.
CityRanger Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Really can't wait to see some of the absolute bellends around us in block 2 who were abusing him after 20 mins against West Brom. Total tools.

Pelle was rubbish last week. Was cracking this week though and I'm made up for him.

farawaysaint Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 I'm completely responsible for his turn around in form for bowing to peer pressure and taking him out of my fantasy team this week (I am the world's worst fantasy football player).
B Rabbit Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 His finish today was actually superb... Left footed half volley into the roof of the net... Did very well to bury it as those kind of chances often end in row Z. Had a perfectly good goal disallowed too. Will score a few this year =]
SarniaSaint Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 Very happy for him and US!!!!! Now just need Long off the mark
jasonb Posted 30 August, 2014 Posted 30 August, 2014 You are 100% Glasgow saint. I would bet good money on it! You're Glasgow Saint
Heisenberg Posted 31 August, 2014 Posted 31 August, 2014 You're Glasgow Saint Good point. Forgot that. Bets off
BlakeySFC Posted 31 August, 2014 Posted 31 August, 2014 The man is an absolute legend, can't believe some of you lot that were writing him off after 2 PL games

shurlock Posted 31 August, 2014 Posted 31 August, 2014 I thought it looked a bit "weak foot ropey swinger" actually, but a goal's a goal. Nonsense - was right behind the goal. Steered the ball without lashing or swinging at it, even as it stood up. Composed finish when many of our players have failed to take chances like that in the past. By contrast, Long should have done much better with the chance that was slid across goal.

OldNick Posted 31 August, 2014 Posted 31 August, 2014 I'm q bit worried about him, he doesn't kiss his badge or thump his chest when he scores. Surely that makes you a proper player
mattsbignose Posted 31 August, 2014 Posted 31 August, 2014 I think he looks like he could be a real handful now that he has scored a couple of goals and his confidence is up. My missus thinks he's a quality bit of eye candy and has made it into her fantasy team....Not sure she does the Telegraph one like me mind!
Whitey Grandad Posted 31 August, 2014 Posted 31 August, 2014 I'm q bit worried about him, he doesn't kiss his badge or thump his chest when he scores. Surely that makes you a proper player They only do that when they're about to leave for their spiritual home or their boyhood dream or if their head's somewhere else.

Highfield Saint Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Pelle is 100/1 to be top goalscorer with Paddy power. Each way gives 1/4 odds for a top four place. Last season 17 goals came 4th and J-Rod bagged 15. £15 ew gives a return of £1905 - worth a tumble.
aussiesaint20 Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 Seems a more appropriate place for this post. From the Tadić thread: saintsforlife7 I came up with something similar for Pelle: Ohh Graziano Italiano From Feyenoord Brought him to the club for the centre forward role Give him half a chance and he'll stick it in the goal Ohh Graziano... Follow up: The slightest of changes. Only to the 4th line. Tune works and should be sung. At a minimum it's miles better than: do do do do Graziano Ohh Graziano Italiano From Feyenoord Now he's at Southampton watch St Mary's rock and roll. Give him half a chance and he'll stick it in the goal Ohh Graziano...

jjsaint Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 ...I have screwed over 100 different women... ...as none came back for seconds...
sadoldgit Posted 2 September, 2014 Posted 2 September, 2014 ...as none came back for seconds... I wonder how much that cost him? What is the going rate for a quickie nowdays?

When the ball hits the net it's not Shearer or Becks, Graziano... or When the ball's in the goal, it's not Shearer or Cole, Graziano... Do whatever with the other two player names but it works.

That said I reckon Saints goals will be more spread around the team this season compared with last.
goneawol Posted 12 September, 2014 Posted 12 September, 2014 Graziano has a book (Thanks to pappalotti for bringing it to my attention). http://oranjeleeuwen.com/Nederlands-Elftal/voetbalboeken/pelle-spreekt-martijn-krabbendam/ One copy for sale at Amazon.. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pelle-spreekt-1000-questions-more/dp/9067970700/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1410554301&sr=8-1&keywords=pelle+spreekt

Indeed, in book form, everyone could email questions to the wildly popular Italian. He answered them all, often surprisingly frank, and talking endlessly. Including on his relationship with Louis van Gaal, his childhood, his famous hairstyle, his greatest fears, his greatest dreams, his emotions and his former girlfriends. He even shares his first sexual experiences with readers .... About childhood sweethearts, "I was mostly a playboy, but one who barked but never bite, I was good with women, flirting like crazy, had chances sat too. do, but it remained chatting I was a bit like I was back as a striker:. hassle, but never score. " ... On Louis van Gaal: "Occasionally I was mad with him, he kept talking morning I had two hours of English lessons first and then I got another hour and a half Louis over me I understand that people find him arrogant.. , he also comes across, but for his players, he was very good. "

FRSaints Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 If you want to make him feel at home use this song: [video=youtube;L1uZ-To3CkA] He heard this every game at Feyenoord even if he didnt score.
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 I take back what I said after seeing him in Pre-Season. I had serious doubts that he'd be able to adjust to life in the Premiership but he looked like a different player today. Top Marks!
alpine_saint Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Has Brendan Rodgers started sniffing about yet ?
JakkoUK Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 I know it's early days.. but I can see Pelle becoming quite a Saints legend. Really need to get him a better song! Same with Tadic.
fanimal Posted 13 September, 2014 Posted 13 September, 2014 Graz zee Ann Oh Southampton's Goal Machine, as per the Ricky Lambert version. The King is dead long live the King!
