Verbal Kint Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Since when have Spurs had a poor squad? They've got great players Nowhere near as good as last year's top 4, all of whom have strengthened significantly while Spurs have done very little
Saint_Abroad Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Chambers playing Centre Back again for Arsenal today! Did we have the centre back we needed right under our noses without knowing? Meh, he runs like a girl.
FarehamRed Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Chambers does well: what a find by Arsene Wenger Chambers makes a mistake: he came from Southampton. Bloody media.
Saint Garrett Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Surprised at how much of a struggle Arsenal have found it today, thought they'd win this easily.
Batman Posted 16 August, 2014 Author Posted 16 August, 2014 Surprised at how much of a struggle Arsenal have found it today, thought they'd win this easily. with some of the results today, just shows how pre season results mean f-all and that the prem a very much a slog-fest so many tough games all of the time
Saint Garrett Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 with some of the results today, just shows how pre season results mean f-all and that the prem a very much a slog-fest so many tough games all of the time Indeed. Intense game every single week of the season,
Batman Posted 16 August, 2014 Author Posted 16 August, 2014 Ramsey scored in injury time 2-1 arsenal been coming to be fair we have dropped a right bollock letting chambers go. looked very composed playing CB for arsenal they have fleeced us I reckon

Batman Posted 16 August, 2014 Author Posted 16 August, 2014 Palace at home is as easy as it gets. even still, looks bloody good there, and was in the charity shield considering he was described as nothing but a reserve player selling players at their optimum value should be how we do it. we did that (imo) with lambert, lallana and shaw even lovren we really have not with chambers if he continues to progress like he was/is
VectisSaint Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 no no no. he was just a bit part player some called him a reserve player Only people who know feck all about football would have described him thus. Was clearly a great talent, really can't understand how we let him go. Big mistake, because I really don't believe that he would have had a release clause in his contract.

colman1860 Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Let's relax. He looked ok against Crystal Palace at home - not exactly much of a challenge in that game for an Arsenal CB. And his suicide pass led to the corner they scored from. Let's not judge a transfer after one game.
SNSUN Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Reporter of the Spurs match report on the BBC website made a right bluff. In Pochettino's post-game quotes, it said that 'it is possible that Southampton will appeal the Naughton red card.' It's now been corrected...
Block34 Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Thought he he made it clear he wouldn't play for SFC again? Didn't make as much noise publicly but basically his head was in Norf Larndon.

You have to remember he is still what 19??
whelk Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Chambers was excellent today and many thought MOTM
Baird of the land Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Seeing Chambers playing centre back for arsenal is really galling. Crazy decision to sell. Don't believe conspiracy stuff about clauses as why would club hide something that they could excuse them. Just a rank bad decision and a rank poor fee. At least i won some money on the game.
Leslie Charteris Posted 16 August, 2014 Posted 16 August, 2014 Spuds got a spawny win but they did not look anything like as good as Saints at their best last year. Poch sounds better with his translator!
Batman Posted 18 August, 2014 Author Posted 18 August, 2014 2-1 - shurlle what a pass by fabregas he is running the show
S-Clarke Posted 18 August, 2014 Posted 18 August, 2014 3-1. Burnley are utterly out of their depth. It's like a PL against NPC cup game. This is whatever score Chelsea want.
Lets B Avenue Posted 18 August, 2014 Posted 18 August, 2014 This is whatever score Chelsea want. 3-1 apparently.
