I'm an OSS advocate but my god, I'm on the brink with them. The server upgrade was due to have an effect today but by the sounds of it, did sod all. Now a lot of the channels are down. I wanted to watch the full re-run of today on Bein11 tonight but it isn't working. Losing my patience.

OSS seems better today. Still not got all the channels back up but those that are, are working well. SS1HD for the arsenal game was flawless.

I have downloaded XBMC and the sportsdevil zip file. This gives access to many streams without having to have the annoying adverts. It is available on windows Ipad and android.

I just spoke to the admin there on twitter and he said the host was doing maintenance on the server without even telling him and that he went absolutely nuts lol, Said they be back at the latest tomorrow morning

A quick heads up for Sportsnation HD users, all passwords need to be reset. May want to do it early to save a mad panic just before the next game. You should have received an email confirming the need to do this.

If you have any trouble logging in to SNHD tomorrow (or tonight) then click on the support button in the top right and Willow or someone will help.

Hi - what is the exact sportsnation website? I ask as I trail through this thread, hoping for a quick response! Also, do you think performance will be degraded as it's the only game on and a top 4 clash?

sportsnationhd.tv and no, I suspect the stream will be perfect as usual.

Site admin even put a lower res stream on a separate channel for me yesterday because my ancient laptop couldn't handle the higher hd bit rates.

Top service. Can't fault it. Best 22 odd quid I've spent this year.

Yes, there are separate streams for ios and android via XBMC add-on. Watched the last away game on ipad and it was utterly perfect. Must mention I have the elite subscription though (for access to all streams). Well worth trying out for a few quid to see if you're happy with it.

I have no connection to the website by the way. Just bloody good and Willow from admin loves us Saints fans. Loads of us on there.

Have to say I laboured under the other streams approach but for the last 2 weeks I joined sportsnationhd and the service has been outstanding and streams quality for laptop and iphone.

 

Aside from watching the games I've watched the boxing for the last 2 weekends on there, definitely worth paying for the 6 month subscription which only costs something like 25 quid.

 

I've also given my password to my old man so we can both watch the games online at the same time.

Gotta say, in an age of sh*te service and faceless numpties, it's refreshing to come across a service provider who genuinely seems to care that his customers are happy. Me too on the boxing. Can't remember the last time I watched tv! Or talked to my wife!

Does this work? No restrictions on ip address?

Thanks goat - what is this XBMC add on you speak of? I am in the process of subverting my son's mother (it's on at 11:30pm here) by trying to let him stream on his ipad mini (is it called a mini? Can this stream also?)

 

What should be more important for a 13 year old - watching Saints or going to pesky school?

I believe the XBMC add on is a media player for watching on mobile devices (Cellone of Stepgar may be able to help more here!-don't use it myself but site admin will walk you through it).

And watching Saints is more important of course.

I would suggest, if you haven't used SNHD before, get all your signing up/checking you have access well before the game as there will no doubt be a rush just before kick off.
