There's an "option to buy", with an agreed amount already. If they don't take up that option, they no longer have first refusal and might end up having to pay more in competition with someone else. Ok, so his performances have no immediate effect on his price, if Inter wants to buy (but good performances obviously will increase the possibility of Inter signing him permanently).
